Karma Kandara Ungasan (Nammos) Review

The beach was dirty and sunbeds in need of refurbishment. Nice waters, waiters and drinks but considering the price tag - this is not worth the money.

Fantastic time. Great snorkeling. Food was great and not expensive, wonderful staff. Would go again.

Literally the best resort I could've dreamt of. Not only is it so well maintained and made, but the staff is very friendly and approachable. Has all amenities such as spas, gyms, water sports, etc and can be accessed anytime. It also has a different event/activity every day at the resort. Villas are massive with Smart TV's, Kitchens, etc in them. It's just like home. Checks all boxes. This is a role model for all other resorts out there.

Excelent Private beach by KARMA Group and use Gondala Car for tranport from top to down at the beach. Free for guest that stay ini Karma Group Resort and Villa.

Superb place, absolutely awesome view of the sea and an equally stunning swimming pool to chill out. The villas in Karma Kandara are equally awesome. Large hall, spacious bedrooms, greenery all around, private pool, huge TV screen and an equally awesome home theater system. Superbly designed kitchen area but I wish they had more vessels to quickly cook snacks such as omelette or noodles or even rice. Lighting is poor and its difficult to read at times. Those with impaired eye sight will struggle. Huge area inside with villas spaced at some distance, unlike other expensive resorts with villas in single rows one row after other. Very courteous staff. Buggy facility inside to travel anywhere inside the resort. Coaster on tracks to take you to the beach. Its just so "Serene'! Its unmatched in Bali!!! Truly an "experience" from Karma as it claims "we create experiences". Improvement areas: more vessels in kitchen, jet sprays in washroom, brighter lighting options for reading and disabled, lower prices on services - every service inside is prohibitively expensive, cleaning from house keeping can improve!

A beautiful resort in uluwatu. We had a great vacation at this property. We had the massive three bed room villa with a private pool and jacuzzi. Service staff were always friendly and helpful.

Come here to disconnect and take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. They also had seaside yoga classes which we really enjoyed so be sure to sign up. The breakfast they provide is hearty and very filling.

Great resort only fault is the buggy service during peak hour and when it rains. We waited almost an hour to get a buggy in the pouring rain, we were at the other end of the resort and was too hard to walk their as walk ways are very slippery after rain.
We also had a complimentary massage upon check in and when we went to redeem they wouldn t accept as we didn t use within 24 hours which was not advised. The beach restaurant is much better than Di Mare.

I really love this place. I could enjoy every moment with my family. Awesome!

Rely on a great cliff top view a bit too much. Restaurants a bit tired. Food expensive for what you get. Service by locals is fantastic but Karma core business seems focussed on making money more than caring for guests. Accidentally broke coffee plunger and was charged 1.7m rp to replace. Took days to negotiate down to settle. Saw same on Amazon for 400k delivered.

the best hotel in bali that have a private beach. with the beautiful view. very suitable with family traveling. because there are a big hotel room and big dinning room. be-carefully with the monkeys around the hotel area that will enter your room when you forget lock the door and window.

One of the best villa l have ever been to! We booked a two bedroom villa but was upgraded to a three bedroom villa. The whole villa is spacious and comfortable. We hope we could stay longer!

It s not certainly meet my expectations of luxury 5 stars hotels, the real attitude staffs come clearly see when the issue come up, they only put priority in their friend instead of guests, lack on knowledge and Not properly manner. The toilet equipment is missing when we check in, toothbrushes has to be asked not being provided, also the soap, shower cap also missing. The dusty bed, and leftover trash nearby kitchen. Try to manage but seems due to Covid-19 this 5 stars hotels try to survive but come up to become bad experience. Improper slogan : we create, experience.... not at all. Better don t expect anything too much in this hotel - and we are still staying here for 12days, what a pity mess

I went and they told me to come back in a month because the bondinho was broken ... a big stretch to go down to the beach and on top of it is a piece of beach with stones and if you want a good part of the beach you have to go through inside the beach ... fatal!

Very nice view. You need to take a cable car cum lift from ground level down to the beach. The restaurant down at the beach serves nice pasta.

This one of the most amazing places I have been to. The beach is different in the morning and different in the evening. In the morning the water is clear and the water bed can be seen. The beach in the evening is different with high waves. And if you are planning to stay here in the karma resort, you are going to make one of the best choices of life. I stayed in the resort and the people are amazing here, they are sweet and helpful.

There is an entrance to the restaurant on the back side of this place. Even if you do not tie up at the hotel, you can see the scenery once. Karma Hotel is a private beach.

Wow! wow! wow! What a place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. Wish we stayed there are a little longer. Exceptionally exotic! A great place and I will surely go back to Karma Kandara.

We booked a 4 bedroom villa and got villa no. 3A. The stairs were too steep for my dad to climb up to the villa, so they changed it to villa no. 3 which had fewer steps and it turned out to be a breathtaking ocean view villa next to Di Mare Restaurant. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. My kids love to play at the kids club. The beach were so beautiful..

Luxury villa on the edge of a cliff with views of the Indian Ocean. Only the road there is quite quiet and narrow, and winding ...

just look at the photos, the viewx is cool, just the photos of the resort, but the roads are less interesting ... including page layout ...

Though resort is very good, it is away from main city and hence traveling is bit difficult and expensive. Moreover food options for veg is quite limited. If you want to relax only and do not intend to visit city regularly, it's a nice place.

Amazing place for relaxing and escaping from crowd. Surrounded with the monkey forest habitat, it will give you new experience of living in nature habitat. Each villa is equipped with natural yet modern facility.

Don't forget to enjoy di Mare restaurant, delicious dishes completed with fabulous view to the Kandara Private Beach. After enjoy di Mare restaurant, it's recommended for you to touch down the Kandara Private Beach using the elevator. While in the elevator make sure your camera/video always on to catch up the beautiful and wonderful sea view.
My 3 best word for Karma Kandara: you must try.

5 star property with private pools & a private beach. Built on a hill by the ocean. A perfect vacation spot. Get some spa, massage, have some drinks & good on your private beach, beautiful!

They have everything here great view, lovely spacious incredibly nice room, great food, pleasant environment, private beach you name it! Plus numerous selection of wines.
The service could use a little work though, especially to Indonesian people.
We visit and spent on every outlet you have there, please be a lil bit nicer next time will ya ;)

Great beach. You can get there virtually carelessly. There are many promotions, check their facebook.

The spa at this place is atop a cliff. The masseuses are very good with their hands. The view was spectacular. Having my spa experience with the sound of waves, it was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

What a beautiful beach, clean and bluish sea, and so enjoyable since it is a private beach from Karma Group. It is free to access for those who stay at Karma's facilities or those who get voucher from Baligetaway, otherwise you have to pay a pricey amount of money around 600k IDR. Recommend to visit if it is available!

Well maintained resort and well staffed. But the resort is located in a remote area were not else about bali can be seen
