It s not certainly meet my expectations of luxury 5 stars hotels, the real attitude staffs come clearly see when the issue come up, they only put priority in their friend instead of guests, lack on knowledge and Not properly manner. The toilet equipment is missing when we check in, toothbrushes has to be asked not being provided, also the soap, shower cap also missing. The dusty bed, and leftover trash nearby kitchen. Try to manage but seems due to Covid-19 this 5 stars hotels try to survive but come up to become bad experience. Improper slogan : we create, experience.... not at all. Better don t expect anything too much in this hotel - and we are still staying here for 12days, what a pity mess
