Overrated as 4-stars hotel, more acceptable as 3-stars hotel. Bad facilities, bad front officer staff, cockroaches found in every room (booked for 2 rooms). The only good thing is the location, near Center Point mall.

The location is quite strategic and adjacent to the Mall.
if in Jakarta, the mall is exactly like the Mall in Coke.
The interior of this Caribbean hotel is beautiful. The toilet is clean too. Very comfortable anyway.

Being in the center of the city next to a mall and a large hospital makes it very strategic
