Never stayed in this hotel, because the location is close to where you live, but several times attended events and seminars at this place (Crystal Caribean Room) on the 7th floor. The place is clean and good. Only thing lacking is a narrow parking area, and the streets around it are quite crowded. The good thing is that this hotel is close to malls and hospitals.

Quite small for a four star hotel. The hall is quite big, but the rest room in 7 th floor is quite far to reach. And the bed room is standard for 3 stars. Food also in average taste. Difficult parking spot. Nothing special.
