Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan Review

this hotel should have an alignment of standardization through out this nation on how the operation works and the design interior itself which it is the most important thing to run a business in service industry in order to create an experience to the customer. I do really is a big fan of swissbel but this time I experienced different, it is not as good as swissbel in another cities such Jakarta and Surabaya, it doesnt meet my expectations on how the swissbel should have be and it really is not feel like staying at swissbel. please do the improvement or at least do the alignment.

Parking facilities do not meet the demand to accommodate many cars

Comfortable and safe, location right in the middle of Medan city.

The location is best, but it can be better,the room is clean, breakfast still okay,

(-) the receptionist was slow in responding ... sometimes even alone ... so it took a long time
(-) scary ... from the front of the room straight to the lobby floor. who are afraid of heights, don't ask for rooms above the 5th floor.

Swiss Bellin Hotel Medan, a repressive hotel ... clean and comfortable in the room. The space is minimalist but well ...
Loby is also minimalist concept.

The only drawback is the parking area facility.

The location is easy to travel. Being in a big way precisely on the road Surabaua.

The hotel is located in a shophouse, the rooms are spacious, the types of food are plenty even though it feels normal, the mattress is rather hard, behind the hotel there are many non-halal eating places, for those who don't like non-halal food it's better to eat before going to the hotel. Recommended.

It's hard to go there without being stuck in a traffic jam. The place itself does not deserve to bear the name Swiss-Bel.

Acceptable quality for a 3 star hotel. Amenities include a TV, Hair dryer, kettle and other minor things. Small night market at the back of hotel.

I spent a night in Swiss-Belinn Medan, Located strategically near to night food market on Jalan Surabaya & Jalan Semarang, the bed room is clean and convenient. But the street surround the hotel is always jammed in the morning.

The hotel is beautiful, strategically comfortable with culinary night in the city center of Medan.

Noisy place at the night, because the room glass and wall not soundproof. But located at center of the city, and easy access to street food behind the Hotel.

The rooms are nice, clean, cool. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service is also good ...

Swiss Belinn medan hotel has spacious bedrooms and satisfying bathrooms and service from all lines of staff is excellent only for guests carrying personal vehicles who are disappointed that parking inside the hotel building cannot accommodate all guest vehicles and the hotel recommends parking in front the hotel is in jl surabaya which is very crowded and famous for its traffic jams from morning to night.

Yemen is the place behind the hotel, many people sell their breakfast deliciously, but they can't bring it to the room. Yesterday my child was dizzy and couldn't take breakfast I wanted to bring it upstairs, I can't.

Nice hotel close to Medan Kota Station. So it's easy to come and go to Kualanamu Airport. The service is sympathetic and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Facilities are also quite complete.
