My wife and I came here a couple times for the breakfast which was GREAT! The food was always very good and she loved their blend of coffee. The views from the Plantation House were awesome and the service was great. Would definitely check it out if you are in the area!

While recently back in Maui, we stopped in for breakfast again. As always, the food was very good and the service pleasant. The views were great... We could even see whales while we ate breakfast.

In the time that we spent in Maui we visited this restaurant about three times. They served a great breakfast and of course the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly along with all the birds. Lol! We are planning to go back to Maui in a year and will for sure be returning. We are not golfers but from what we are told and what we read this is the place to be.

This is a PGA championship course- incredibly challenging, blind shots, double incline shots, deep bunkers... but, the most amazing views on Maui! Every hole is another OMG vista, inspiring elevated tee boxes; just an incredible experience. This will be frustrating and NOT fun for a beginner; consistent drives are essential. Best course on Maui by a mile.

Asked to call shuttle bus to go back to Hotel and did not come in 30 min. Asked Andrew Bahr who is a worker @ Plantation course to call us when a shuttle arrive to wait inside and did not call us for another 1 hour and asked him why a shuttle don't come but He said it just left. Andrew told us that he would call us and did not. I know he forgot but he said he was so busy instead of sorry, I will won't forget next shuttle. Very bad attitude and not satisfied with service I would not play again there. Waste of money

Fun, getting ready for renovation on the course. Harder than we remembered. Glad we tried it again, part of our "bucket list ",check mark. If you watch and enjoy golf, should give it a shot. My wife got a package deal that made it affordable.

Giving an honest review, played the course twice the last 2 days. Greens for $300 are rolling 8 s on the stimp meter. Very disappointing, not only that but they gouge you in pro shop. $25 for a sleeve of pro v 1 golf balls and $26 for a glove. It s absolutley absurd. $50+ to rent clubs, pebble beach doesn t gouge like this. Awesome layout, gorgeous, great views but you can t charge people $300 for greens that roll this slow. Just horrible. Yesterday was completely sunny and the greens were slow, today it rained a bit, since understand maybe not being able to cut the greens today, but they are just horrendous. They are in mint condition, just not rolled and not cut. To me, this course because of the condition of the greens, just doesn t compare to pebble, spyglass, pinehurst, other major resorts as they always cut their greens.

Great breakfast here with an unbelievable view, highly recommend this with your significant other. $250 for a rain coat that is normally $150, I mean I could go on and on about their pricing, and the course condition quite simply not being worth the buck.

I really loved the course. It was in great shape. There were bugs all over the greens but they still played and rolled very true so no negatives there. It was very disappointing to be told that the entire restaurant and snack bar were going to be closed the whole time we were there. I felt like I was being rushed around a place that I came to play and enjoy the views and the time I had on the course. Loud music was being tested and played throughout the last couple holes in preparation for whatever event was going on. I felt under appreciated, and typically when you end up spending $400+ to play a golf course by the time you rent clubs, buy balls, pay for your wife to ride along, that s not the experience you get. Again, the course was amazing, the experience was not. I think that s something they need to inform players of before they tee off because I feel I paid for an experience I didn t receive.

Spectacular course, especially 4 days after the PGA final here, the greens were in splendid conditions. However, the Titleist rental clubs were rather old and not up to par... And with 60$ for the twilight rental way too expansive.

It is a beautiful golf course and if it takes over 5 hours and there is no course Marshall, you really get to see it! There is not a course that is worth waiting on every shot for me, they said they were short marshall's for the afternoon and then send messages via the gps that it will be getting dark and speed up the pace! Too much money for the bad experience!

Amazing vistas from the entire course. The service throughout was excellent - from the bag attendants, to the pro shop, to the on-course ranger. You can tell everyone there is experienced and enjoys living in such a beautiful place.

It is a spectacular place has a huge demand throughout the year. People who love this sport know that it is not easy to get a turn to play there. If you want to have a ray of recreation and sport there be sure to schedule. A long time beforehand.

The course is beautiful with fantastic views. It was a cool experience playing holes that you see the pros play every year.
The staff was friendly and professional. Worth the effort to play.

You have to see this place to believe how beautiful it is. My wife and I flew from Honolulu to Maui to visit family and got to go through this golf course to visit a restaurant there. Incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend stopping next time you're in Maui!

We always eat here for breakfast when we're on Maui. The views are spectacular and the food is delicious. Get the French toast made with sweet Maui bread. If you're a golfer, play the plantation course. You won't regret it! It's well worth the money.

Great views. Nice blend of difficulty. It was nice to play a PGA course but I actually enjoyed my round at Kapalua Bay Course better. The range and practice facilities here are not as nice as other PGA tour level facilities. Also, pace was a bit slower here. 5 hour round. Still one of the best courses I've ever played.
