I ve been at new Windsor gardens for 2-3yrs. I ve honestly met some amazing people my neighbor across from me and Gene. I just want to thank Gene for all the hard work he does and thank for making my stay remeberable!
I have no air conditioning, it takes months to get repairs the maintenance crew does not communicate with the office management they will send you back and forth acting like they don't know what's going on with your repairs. It's 83 degrees in my unit. The air conditioner is too small to cool my third floor unit. They won't even answer the phone they have caller ID.
My old unit almost caved in on me and I had to force the issue of my safety as maintenance said I wouldn't have to move and the failing structure was fine.
Bad record keeping, my car was towed because they lost my records.
Maintenance came in my home without permission when I was not home they took the temporary air conditioner without fixing my air because it was leaking condensation in the unit below.
I'm on an excelerated path to home ownership.
Lou Hennesey and Kyle Sullivan are two of the best workers that have been here. They are quick to respond your needs and if something needs to be ordered or an item is delayed Lou keeps you updated.

Ed Chang (Property Manager) and Paula Krier (Accounts Payable) at Fox Meadows are extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. This company put an eviction under my credit report, when I was not evicted from the property, and when I asked to receive a letter to send to my credit company they told me I had to wait a week. Ed was extremely rude and did not even want to tell me the name of his manager, and referred me to google. We moved from Fox Meadows bc of their roach infestation, and it has been the best decision we made
As a long time vendor for Kamson we have found Management, knowledgeable and responsive .This relationship has allowed us create a culture of collaboration, teamwork and trust.
My heating isn't working - it's stuck at 71 degrees no matter what, even though it's winter and covid is a real threat to me as I am immunocompromised and NEED it to be higher - but bc 68 degrees is listed in my lease (and thus they are unafraid of being sued) my landlord is arguing that it's 'good enough'. I am paying 1100 dollars a month and am disabled but it's 'good enough'. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place.

They are very loyal, efficient and fair. The run their business with the utmost integrity. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. I am living at Dorilyn apartments. I rarely do this but, there is a maintenance guy here that deserves a gold star. His name is Charlie and he was fixing something here the other day and said a tenant had complained about him. He is kind beyond measure. I often see him helping people and working very hard. Between Catherine, the complex manager and Charlie along with the maintenance crew, i feel comfortable knowing they are HERE and concerned about all aspects of this complex. I have never lived in an apartment before, but i must say, team Dorilyn makes it a beautiful place to live!
