I have no air conditioning, it takes months to get repairs the maintenance crew does not communicate with the office management they will send you back and forth acting like they don't know what's going on with your repairs. It's 83 degrees in my unit. The air conditioner is too small to cool my third floor unit. They won't even answer the phone they have caller ID.

My old unit almost caved in on me and I had to force the issue of my safety as maintenance said I wouldn't have to move and the failing structure was fine.

Bad record keeping, my car was towed because they lost my records.

Maintenance came in my home without permission when I was not home they took the temporary air conditioner without fixing my air because it was leaking condensation in the unit below.

I'm on an excelerated path to home ownership.
