Just wanted to talk about the awsome experience I had at the columbus zoo during wild lights. Brittany was the most helpful nicest person I've ever delt with. She wouldn't give me her number though :(

My son saw Santa last night. We had about 5 pictures taken. Bought the package to download photos. There were multiple duplicates. And two photos that I saw from that evening not on the site. Claimed they looked them up, but the whole thing seems sketchy. Never using this service again and filing a report with the BBB. Like these are my kids photos... cmon.
I booked them for my September wedding, the lady they sent was a nightmare.. I paid a lot of money for 4 hours, she prob drew a handful of people and her drawings were sub par. she was telling my guests if they tip her she will make them look better, told them she didnt do couples pictures and then drew couples together, complained the entire time how tired she was from teaching all morning and then having to do my wedding.. I went over to get my caricature drawn and asked her if she had eaten since I paid for her to do so she said no I had the caterer make her a plate of food as she sat at the table and ate (15-30mins) she told people she was closed and to write their name on a waitlist and come back, she still left at 9 and didnt make up for her "break" she did not fulfill the waitlist my 8 year old niece went back over and she was gone (niece cried the rest of the night) the people she did draw threw their drawings away or left them behind because they looked nothing like them... I should of hired someone I knew what their work was and not through an agency.. oh and I the bride nor groom got our pictures drawn... waste of 500 dollars
My daughter got a caricature drawing done at the Detroit Zoo by Scott. He was an amazing artist, he said that he had been doing Caricatures for 30 years! It was such a fun experience, thank you!

I wanted to have a caricature done of my daughter, son in law and two grandkids at downtown Disney. We waited 45 minutes for the artist to finish the person ahead of us. He was well aware we had been standing there waiting, yet took someone else ahead of us. I told him my family had been waiting and wished to be next. I think my saying this must have annoyed him because he then took a second person ahead of us! My daughter now spoke up and said she was next. The artist ignored her and the customer spoke very rudely to her, telling her basically "too bad, go home." There was a second artist at this stand that also was very rude and unprofessional to us. We finally grew tired of waiting and tired of being treated so poorly, so we gave up on trying to create this souvenir of our first trip to Disneyland. They missed out on our money, we missed out on a memoir for our babies. All I can say is your customer service is horrible and I will tell as many people as I can of our experience with Kamans art. I will never use this company nor would I ever recommend them to others. Kamans Art, you would do well to teach your employees the "art" of customer service.
