Great service, staff really goes out of their way to find the right shoes.

It was a nice store and clean for sure. However, we were offended by one of the employees. He was quite rude to my friend and didn't apologize one bit.

I waited around being the only person in the store while multiple employees stocked foot wear around me had one person bring me a pair of shoes and then she never came back 10 minutes later. I have been back 3 times with the same experience. I don't plan on going back ever again.

Super friendly staff, great selection and fair pricing. Andie must have helped me try on a dozen different choices before finding the perfect boot. Highly recommend her in particular and the store generally.

This is a great place to shop for shoes! The folks who work there are friendly and the place is inviting and inclusive. There's a nice selection of shoes, socks, and other assorted items.

Beautiful store. Incredible service! I ve been experiencing pain for the first time in 10 year from having flat feet. It was a huge bummer wanting to spend my days hiking. Little did I know he was studying to be a physical therapist and offered a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend. It s clear they care deeply about meeting their customers needs.

I loved their selection and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They were able to answer many questions I had and brought me a variety of sizes, but once we identified the right shoe neither store in Boulder had the shoe I wanted. Would happily go back again for future purchases!

I can see why this place gets mixed reviews. One sales person was very shy, and if it weren't for a second very helpful sales person, I probably would have bought nothing. I think they have a nice selection of comfortable shoes. Most of the stock is on the expensive side ($80+). I would go here again. They also had very cute bags and tank tops.

Best customer service around. Bought a pair of Birkenstocks, after 6 months, they cracked. Took them in, they swapped them out for a new pair. I was so great full, I bought 4 more pairs of shoes. They know how to make a customer for life!

The worst customer service I've ever seen! The employees are either sitting down on the staircase behind the counter or they are having conversations amongst themselves on personal matters not regarding shoes. All while ignoring every customer in the store. There is no need for a physical location when I can get better service shopping online.

Bought my last couple pairs of shoes here. Been treated great each time. You can get things slightly cheaper online but really I've found everything I've needed to be quite reasonable. Much nicer to have a local store to go try things on and occasionally find a good bargain!

I was in last week. Sales people very friendly. Knew their products. Made calls to other locations to check availability of sizes, not only for me but another customer. Friendly customer service means alot.

Phenomenal customer service! I purchased a pair of Merrell hiking boots over the summer and they started to have a very annoying squeak every time my heel hit the ground. I went in just to see if there may be any adjustment that could be made to them. After a few minutes of trying to do that, the sales rep offered to give a me a brand new pair to replace, under warranty, the ones I came in with. Amazing customer service, thanks so much!

They had a great selection of Footwear, including brands that are hard to find at other stores, like Lems. I ultimately did not buy a pair of shoes here, because they didn't fit well, or at least the ones I was looking for it didn't. However, the customer service was great. The person who worked here was very nice, but more impressively, she was super knowledgeable. I'm an engineer, and I over research everything I buy. And somehow, the woman who worked here seems to know almost more about the shoes I was looking into then I did. I guess it's her job. Still, Bravo.

This place is the ideal online shopping experience. I ve bought two pairs of the Lems boulder boots reg/waterproof and they both came from CO >NH in 3 days. You can tell it s a local business just doing their thing honestly. Lucky to have found them online!

I went to Boulder for a short visit, without adequate shoes for mountain hiking. Decided to go hiking and went to Pedestrian Shop for advice on which shoes to get. I purchased a pair of Dansko upon advice of staff and was told I would be fine to climb. I developed the worse blisters that as of July 10th I still am unable to wear any 'tie' shoes. I called and was informed the 10 day return policy is strictly enforced, that the staff should have told me I could only wear them around house, not outside as they would not take back shoes worn outside nor after 10 days. I have no recourse, can't play 'she said' over the phone, so am stuck with shoes I paid $113.00 and bought on advice from staff knowing they were to go hiking in mountains during my short trip.

Super cozt shoes, great selection. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, including placing a special order.

They had some good sales. Im regrettably sorry i didn't take advantage. The store is clean and well organized.
