They are careful as it is to do with financial statements and interfacing with credentialing team, billing, insurance companies and electronic medical records. There are issues of confidentiality, timeliness (on daily/weekly and monthly communication), and reliability with commitment to zero tolerance for mistakes in charges/billing, and statements.
