I have been a client of Kraizen Systems since late 2018. I started my own small business and needed (and still do) tons of help with credentialing and billing. I had no idea where to start. Greta was the first employee I made contact with at Kaizen and I can honestly say she has been responsive to every email and phone call ever since. This is true for all other employees at Kaizen as well. I ask multiple questions and they are always willing to walk me through the process and answer any questions. I honestly couldn't have started my practice without their help. They are very reasonably priced and flexible. I truly feel like they are my partner in helping my business succeed. I highly recommend them!!
