Kaizen realty Review

Slum lords... promised me repairs before I moved in.. it s been 8 months of a 1 year lease and they haven t been done yet.. if you have Maintence issues good luck actually getting even safety items repaired which is frustrating when u pay them 2000 a month. My last maintenance request I put in 4 separate maintenance issues in and Jake the maintenance guy closed them all out to place them on one ticket and when they came out to look at Only one item they left with no repairs being done at all. After 47 days of no contact I had to reach out again to get another item fixed... I am military and over the last 30 years have rented multiple times in every state and this by far is the WORST place to ever rent they that I have EVER experienced.. I have paid most of my rent ahead of time and it doesn t Seem to matter to them. I believe I will have to call a real estate attorney just to get help getting even safety items fixed. Do yourselves a favor and go through any other property management. If you like being lied to and don t care how your house looks or functions these are your people. If you expect maintenance and repairs to be included in your rent and actually acted on I wouldn t pick them.

I have reached out to one of their realtors several times in regards to a property that is still listed for sale with no response. If the property is no longer available, update its status or simply respond and say it is no longer available. I would never trust them to sale my property. Very unprofessional.

A little advice for next time, "accept the damn offer."

After 3 arduous months of trying to fix broken washer and dryer, Saira stepped up to buy us a new washer and dryer. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not give us another used half broken appliance as was done in the past. She bought us a brand new washer-dryer combo machine that works like a dream. It fits into the unusually small space designed to hold these appliances unlike the washing machine that they had put in before. Saira promises to address all those communication and stalled repair issues we renters might have experienced in the past and I believe her. The repair person Gordan tries hard to fix things that are simply unfixable, so kudos to him for trying. I believe that Kaizen can and will strive to provide more timely service to repair or replace broken appliances as renters, and that Saira will train her new maintenance department head to communicate with and service her renters. I m holding out judgment for changes promised.

Really nice properties in the Olivebranch location. Searched them since we're looking to purchase a home. Got really good correspondence from them on properties. However we have decided to wait a year or so to purchase.

I have been tenant with Kaizen since 2017. I have had several support manager that have been very professional and timely with my needs. Current maintenance guy manager Jake and current property manager Mrs. Wilson need a pay raise! So professional and prompt with any problem or concern that I have and always willing to fix it. Thank you KAIZEN. KEEP THESE TWO ON STAFF. They are valuable assets to your company.

I love it! This is my second year renting from them and when things happen with the house, they fix it immediately.
