I ve live at Boulevard at Sonterra, for almost six years (about five years of which were before Kairoi took over). They are, by far, the worst management company I ve ever had to deal with. Like most companies, they ll tell you how great living at one of their properties is. Then, once you sign a lease, you ll receive zero support, whatsoever. Their attitude is, Pay your rent, and don t both us. Their property managers do absolutely no managing of the property. Other tenants wipe their behinds with their leases, and management wants you to use the police as their personal security guards (at the taxpayers expense, of course). They will do nothing, aside from asking them to follow the rules. I ve never seen a more cowardly bunch. It is very sad. I write this review, in the hopes that it prevents other prospective tenants from making the mistake of renting at any Kairoi property. I d give zero stars, if I could, honestly.

They are the property management company of Tribute at the Rim. Tribute is the worse apartment complex in this area. Stay far away from this community. Not professional and you will run into problems from day one when you move in. Tribute is a filthy community, appliances never work and they are nonresponsive to complaints.

I've liked at Lakeview villas for three years and ever since Kairoi took it over it has went downhill. They charge you 35 for valet trash which doesn't get picked often then if you leave the bin outside of trash pickup hours they have recently started charging 25 trash violation fees meanwhile all the extra amenities are closed half the time or broken. The gym and pool were closed for 6+ months then it was open by appointment for 90 minute timeslots with one allowed guest. Currently the air conditioning at the fitness center has been out for a week with a notice that just went out saying it wouldn't be fixed for a month. The breezeways in the building are power washed once a year other than that the buildings have cobwebs and spider eggs. It took 8 months for them to remove the dead palm trees from the storm and it wasn't removed until it fell over and almost hit somebody at the pool, then the pool was closed for another two weeks. The property manager is rude and inconsiderate when speaking to residents. The property is not kept up. The back is broken and left open every other week.

My experience was at amarillo Square in Amarillo Tx when I worked there for 3 months as a maintenance tech in the beginning it was great as time went on it got bad was talked down to and asked to lie and cover UP BLACK MOLD when I refused I was punished in a childish way I was asked to do make readies and when I would do them I would bring up problems they would just ignore the manger TIFFANY BROWN is very 2 faced and rude to not only employees but to maintenance as well people would come in with problems or complain and she would down play or flat out do nothing they hired a maintenance supervisor STEVEN RIOS which was a joke says he knew every thing but did nothing but cover up mold issues which to some people cause them to be sick or ill but tell them is was mildew an then alter the mold test and cover up the results saying they didn t have them back yet this was a horrible place to work those 2 will do nothing for you but lie and be 2 faced I m at a way better place now there is a maintenance guy named James who will go above and beyond very polite and HONEST HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS HES GOING TO DO.....

ive lived at the diamond ridge property for years before kairoi bought it. once they came in and put their staff in place it has gone downhill. fees and charges added on to your rent with no explanation. property management is terrible. and if you attempt to contact you get ignored. basically slum lords.

WOW, what can I say. Jennifer from corporate BLEW AWAY my expectations. She was thoughtful, caring, and dedicated. I LOVED my lease and apt but had a personal situation arise and impact my move-out. She not only corrected it, but her persistence and customer service made everything BETTER. Grateful for people like herself and companies like Kairoi who truly CARE about their clients/tenants. Thank you. A+++

My husband worked for this company at 2 different ...

My husband worked for this company at 2 different locations in San Antonio. 1st of all bad property management at both and not enough maintenance staff at one the other property. Office staff doesn't do their jobs to walk apartments and would cut corners they would clock each other in and out sometimes not even come in or if they do they would take long lunch breaks. Would not communicate with maintenance staff. They didn't follow EPA guidelines for air conditioner. Some staff wasn't able to always clock in and when he left the company they didn't pay him for 2 days of work. If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Bad business practice
