The case worker's are very professional and helpful with your case. Just be honest with these people & in return they will be helpful to you and your case

This place and others like it are exactly what is wrong with our justice system today! The pretrial monitoring they provide which includes constant supposedly "random" urine drug tests are a serious infringement on personal privacy considering you are supposedly innocent until proven guilty yet you are subjected to monitoring that can be more intense than even someone who has been convicted and on probation has to deal with! To me this just seems wrong and should be challenged in court as unconstitutional.

I wasn't involved with Justice Point for legal reasons. I had a caseworker that was absolutely incredible. I am DEEPLY grateful for all she went through with me and the fact that she never gave up on me.
