I have a Zero Tolerance Mod. 200 knife that I have had for 4 years and it needed sharpening real bad so I filled out the form and sent it in . I was very happy with the results! Your team replaced the blade and the pocket clip with new ones and sent it back to me in just over a week. I couldn't have asked for more! I have told all my friends about my experience and they said they were going to buy from you next time they need a knife. Keep up the good work and thanks a lot!

When the assisted opening function on my knife stopped working, I took it this location. They not only fixed the spring, but also replaced my worn pocket clip, replaced all screws with worn finish, and did an amazing job sharpening the blade

Review on ZT 0350. When I received my knife, it literally would not open without great effort. I was very careful with it and opened it maybe 5 times. I eventually got it to open with one hand with huge effort. I called Kai Products (they make ZT and Kershaw knives) and what a joke. I asked the same question "is there something wrong with my knife" about 10 different ways. Finally the girl on the phone said that she couldn't tell me anything unless I sent it in and she was looking at it. Then told me to deal with Blade HQ who is an authorized dealer. I returned to Blade HQ with no difficulty or argument. In fact, the gentleman that helped me implied this wasn't the first time that he had heard the same issues at KAI USA. To sum up, I would make a flint knife before I ever touch another one of the knives imported by KAI. Zero Stars on my knife and less than Zero on their customer service.
I broke the tip off my EDC, so I stopped at the warranty office expecting to have to leave it to be repaired. I was happily surprised to get my knife back in 10 minutes with a re-profiled tip, new clip and screws! Nice job folks!!!
Went to the yearly sale and bought some knives. Im a little disappointed many of the knives I bought were hardly discounted. Some are selling for the exact same price at Williams and Sonoma. Some i found online cheaper. I wish I would've known my prices better before going. The frenzy makes you buy things you wouldn't usually buy without a little searching online.
Great knives. My wife and I bought their knives set and love them. Unfortunately, they won't honor the gift with purchase after their 30 day window. We sent in our rebate form with receipt within 30 days of purchase and didn't hear anything. I should have called earlier, which is my fault. But I'm still giving a 1 star review due to a lack of customer trust and willingness to honor gift purchase. In the least, I do recommend this company for their knives.
Was in the area so figured I would stop on by to get one of my ZT and one of my kershaw s sharpened, and save the $7 fee for shipping them . Turns out they were closed for the holidays. Which is disappointing, but I m happy that they give their employees time off for the holidays, shows what a good company they are.
I was able to tour the facility and see the operations here at Kai. They are amazing in the astounding amount of goods that they produce while maintaining a very high quality product. Their reception area is filled with displays that show every product of every brand that is sold by Kai.
Work here is definitely not a drudge, everybody that I saw (even when they didn't know I was observing) was having fun and getting work done. The production floor runs both lines of Kershaw knives and Zero-Tolerance knives. Every step along the way has its quality control to ensure that every knife is tested and comes out great. The facility is clean and orderly. The products vary by which quantity of which knife is needed at the moment, but always runs at high volume.
There are many processes done at this facility and each of them is using updated machinery and controls. This is a great place to start and stay working because the environment is never stale.
Definitely plan to visit during their warehouse sale in December. There are huge discounts (up to 75% off). Plan a long wait because the lines can go around the block!
When you say you're going to be open within a specified time stay true to it. Terrible customer service. Use any of the other knife companies in town. I will not buy Kershaw again.
Very surprised. Call in to check on the status of my order and actually got a person and not an automated service. Customer service rep was very nice and courteous got the info I needed and was off the phone in literally 1 minute. Great to see good, friendly and personable customer service . Thank you Kai.
The tip lock on my spring assisted knife broke. I emailed Kershaw, but never heard back. Today the part I needed came in. My knife is fixed and safe again. Great service, thank you.
I have a nice set of knives for different purposes, from makers such as SOG, Buck, Benchmade, Cold Steel, CRKT, and others. Of them all, the Kershaw Blur Olive Drop Point with tiger-stripe blade is now my favorite for daily carry.
Did not expect that it would be. Just liked the look and feel of this knife. Once it was delivered and I began working with it, I found the efficiency of the SpeedSafe assisted opening to be absolutely reliable and remarkably fast.

From pocket to contact in a blink, and it never fails to fully extend before reaching the delivery point. The angle of the thumb stud is unusually aggressive, allowing my thumb to make perfect purchase every single time. Rubberized texture on the handle also help with consistent grip.

Very poor customer service, used to be good back when but now it is a joke. I have many Kershaw knives, I bought another one and brand new out of the box it had some major issues. I called Kershaw, talked to them about it and they said send it on in. I did just that, they had it two days later. 6 weeks go by with no word at all from them so I call. They say oh ya that's being worked on and it'll be a couple weeks, sure enough a couple weeks go by and they finally mail back the knife. I open the box and it is literally the exact same condition and problems as when I shipped it almost 2 months before. I called and talked to a supervisor, he said he was sorry to hear that and sent me a UPS label to send it back to them again. It's been a complete repeat of the first time, 6 weeks without a word (I've been emailing the supervisor every other week trying to get some info, never responds) so I have to call. The supervisor isn't there so he has to call me back. A day later he calls back and it's basically like a recording of the first time, "we see the knife is being worked on and it'll be a couple weeks". I bought this knife brand new and the store suggested I work with Kershaw to fix it. I owned the knife one day before I shipped it in, now Kershaw has had it in their possession for over 3 MONTHS and we still have no idea if it's being fixed or what?
I sent in one of my knifes to be repaired because the blade was broken. When i spoke with them over the phone they said that they would replace the blade and send it back. It took 3 months to get the knife back, when i opened the package i could notice the knife looks completely different (shorter and stocky )so i took my other knife exactly the same one ( i have 3 the same ones ) and compared them to each other. The knife they just send me was 0.5inch shorter! Instead of replacing the blade like they originally said they just took of 0.5inch of the knife making it totally different design! When i called the customer service they said that no one told them to replace the blade and also that i did not pay 30usd fee which i didn't know i have to pay coz no one informed me about it. and i wouldn't have any problem with paying it. Its common sense when u send it a broken blade you should replace it. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service. Instead of fixing my knife they totally destroyed it!
Great knives terrible place to work! I know for a fact after talking to the other workers out on the floor they pay there non-white workers half as much. And they like to do what they call random lay offs which I believe is just there way of firing people without getting into trouble . Don t work here!
They make a good quality knife but make sure you don t buy something that s already discontinued. I purchased a 0393 from them less than a year ago. There was no indication at the time that the blade was discontinued. In fact you can still purchase the same knife today, at their website for $300. There is no indication that it has been discontinued. If you do purchase a discontinued knife, even if it was purchased today, they will not honor their blade replacement policy or discontinued knife policy if your blade is damaged for any reason beyond a manufactures defect.
Purchased 1660st, as most of my friends own a kershaw as a personal pocket knife. The safety broke while in my pocket. I am being shipped a new safety to install, but would love to see a more sturdy design for what I paid the retailer.

The back stop (pin) on my knife needed replacing. Despite being a discontinued model, they were able to find something and fit it within 10 minutes for no charge. Great service.
