Investment in law Scellier intermediate in 2014 on Toulouse. Not knowing Toulouse (I'm from the Paris region), I asked them in a neighborhood where buildings do not grow like mushrooms. What was my bewilderment on the day of handing over the keys. Buildings do you want, here it is. My apartment paid 214000 euros with notary fees worth 135000 euros today. I was pigeonhole in large widths.
