The Kaaba, which Muslims believe was built by Abraham and his son Ismail as a monotheistic house of worship, is considered Islam's most sacred site. Believers around the world face the Kaaba during their five daily prayers. Muslims don't worship the Kaaba, but view it as a metaphorical house of God.

Cool but overrated. Good place to pray but that's about it. Can't find a reasonably priced kabab anywhere nearby. Big time tourist trap. Try to get a hotel room with a view of the cube and avoid the crowd.

Allahu Akbar. I've a dream of visiting this place. I'm very passionate about this. It's my most important hobby of life to ziyarat Baitullah. We all Muslims( who should perform Hajj) should know the proper regulations and purpose of Hajj. In Sha Allah I'll be here one day.

The experience of being in front of Kaaba, and bowing here to Allah the Almighty, is not explainable in words. It is just the best of the best feelings you can have. Me and my family have had the honour and pleasure of performing Hajj in the year 2018 and wish earnestly that Allah will call us to his sacred house again and again in our life. Aameen ya Rabbul Alameen.

It is the home of Allah. The kiblah of muslims. All the muslims of the world says their prayer marking the Kaaba. The duah you say when you see the kaaba first time is always granted by allah. I have performed umrah yesterday so some tips for male and female both
1st of all take a bag with you to carry your shoes or other stuff like water bottles.
Females should have their mahrams.
If you can't activate your sim which happened in my case tell your mahram to select a common position where you guys will meet after salah or tawaf.
You can say 'ya allah' or 'ahmed' to everyone to seek attention or for need of water or dates for iftar and don't feel shy about taking the iftar from here cause it is for hajjis.
Alhamdulillah i have done umrah. May allah bless us all to see his home. Ameen

The Ka aba, The House Of Allah

In the province of Hejaz in the western part of Arabia, not far from the Red Sea, there lies the town of Makka. In the center of this town there is a small square building made of stones, about 60 feet long, 60 feet wide and 60 feet high. Since time immemorial this town and this stone built house has been known to world travelers. This is Baitullah, the House of Allah. Its sanctity and antiquity is older than history itself.

Tradition goes that the Kaaba was ordained by Allah to be built in the shape of the House in Heaven called Baitul Ma amoor. Allah in his infinite Mercy ordained a similar place on earth and Prophet Adam was the first to build this place.

The Bible, in the Chapter of Genesis describes its building when God ordained Abraham to erect a Shrine for worship when Abraham was ordered to go to the Southern desert with his wife Hagera and infant son Ismael.

The Old Testament describes this building as the Shrine of God at several places, but the one built at Ma amoor is very much similar to the one at Makka. There is no doubt that it was referring to the stone built house at Makka.

Qur an brought this story into the full light of history. In Sura 3:90 Qur an says

Allah has spoken the Truth, therefore follow the creed of Ibrahim, a man of pure faith and no idolater .
