I cannot recommend this company. My own experience is that I was recruited for an OD/training consulting role, though no such work ever materialized. I tried to make a contribution and bide my time waiting for promised assignments by working on e-learning projects, and found myself dealing with very immature, back-stabbing college-age co-workers. My supervisor seemed threatened by my extensive background in the field, and the e-learning supervisor was incapable of controlling or directing her staff. The executive team suffered from grandiose thinking, leading to situations like mine with promised specific work based on very little planning or substance. I left after a few months. My advise. Stay away from this bunch.

Love working at K2. They are very caring supervisors and truthfully care about the employees. Meetings and brainstorms about how to improve our performance and constant upgrades to equipment such as computers. Great break area with everything you could want, really just a caring group of people.

K2Share is a fun small company to work for with lots of employee benefits!
