You idiots clicking one star realize how the government and these dogs work, correct? K2 was under a contract to TRAIN THE DOGS, not provide them back to the handlers. Instead of blaming the middle man, why don't you start blaming the military for not letting the dogs' handlers have their dogs back. K2 had literally nothing to do with it, as the dogs were US Government property.

With that being said, I just toured the facility and it's amazing. The staff was amazing and I was able to adopt a former explosive detection lab to provide help to me. I am an Army veteran and have anxiety issues. This is a company of men and women who treat these dogs like theyre family. That was abundantly clear while I was there watching them interact. Keep up the great work, K2!

Let me start by saying that you sick individuals that are wishing harm on the owners/employees (who are one in the same since this is an employee owned company) and their family's are the scum of the earth. What is wrong with you!?!?! The majority of these men and women are also veterans who have served this country, spent time away from their loved ones, and risked their lives so you have the freedom to put these disgusting reviews on here about a subject that you have obviously not properly researched. You make these accusations about the same type of people that you are defending.
As far as the misleading article from the NY Post, how can you rely solely on the words of one journalist as gospel as if it were directly from the mouth of the same god that you feel you have the right to claim will judge these people. As many handlers and employees have stated, these animals were owned by the US government. K2 was simply a contractor that was hired to train these animals so that they could be used as an asset to help protect you and your freedoms. The military had control of these animals and where they ended up. K2 is simply the only facility large enough to house these animals while the military decided what to do with them when they returned. So rather then sit in crates in an incapable facility, they were housed at a state of the art facility with proper handling and veterinary care. They were also cared for on the company dime which was of no obligation to K2.
Maybe the adoptions were not handled correctly, but this is of no fault of K2. Again they were contractors and the mliitary owned and facilitated the adoptions of these animals.
So I would like to say kudos to K2, Lane Kjellsen, and all of the employees of this facility who worked to keep these animals healthy and happy until they were adopted. And thank you all for your service of this country and working to train these animals to help keep us all safe. Without you, we would have lost countless more men and women overseas and here at home. I'm proud that you are all patriots of this great country.

This company's business tactics are disturbing and unethical. It's just flat out wrong to adopt out working dogs to those unequipped to handle them, while their Army handlers are eagerly awaiting to take them home. Even worse, the owners of K9 Solutions won't even communicate with the handlers. Greed at its finest.

Extremely disorganized in the delivery of their programs. Students are barley a number and equal a dollar sign. They tell you what they think you want to hear to get your money; from there you re on your own. Senior members of management are not around to handle concerns and they pass the blame for issues when you finally track them down.

With so many other quality schools in the area which have much better reviews, this was a big mistake to buy into the old K2 hype. Save yourself much trouble and drive a few extra minutes to a professional school that appears to care about their clients. It will save you the time you ll need chasing their breach of contract.

If you care about dogs research this company. They are known for lying to and not allowing military K9 handlers to adopt their Military Working Dogs. This place seems to have a cover-up going on. Instead they sell the dogs to people who will resell the dogs elsewhere. Avoid at all cost.
