I went to this place to see if i could be guided to a tour bus for the next day and not only did they ignore my presence when I walked in but I was met with rudeness. I guess it was because I was alone and because I am of younger age. They even stated that I take the bus that is local when i asked about tour busses... why else would I be in a travel agency building in the first place? A lady there stated that in order to take the tour bus you must reside in a hotel that way you can get picked up. So I guess the demographic of people living in small hostels, hotels, or Airbnb s are just not included in this package. I think it is bad business to exclude this group and simply ask them to arrive at the building. Anyways, I was told of this news in horrific directiveness that was uncalled for and I have searched for another service some place else.
