In the palace you feel like royalties, fine products and atentive staff.

This is a great hotel. One of the best I have been too. Reservation desk and administrative department are inexperienced though. So make sure you understand what they are offering. Double check everything in case they make a mistake. The concierge, spa, restaurant, ski room service and room service is top notch.
