Service is good and moreover price is reasonable....

One of the service done by the KK System in Vijaywada NTR Market is completely failure and fraud.While accepting money and talking with customer the Owner speaks very well voice.But doing service is completely failure.Please don"t visit these shop in NTR Complex .Even while waiting in the shop he angers on customer as these owner doesn't have common sense how to behave with customer..
Don't buy any kind of products here and product price are high compare to other shops or ONLINE.I request those who view this review don't visit these shop.

They sold the laptop chargers on warranty but if we got any problem on that simply that owner shouts on us it doesn't comes under warranty

Worst place ever, they literally steal your money. Nothing good ever happens here they just steal money and you have to visit like 10 times more to get you problem fixed and I will say that ur problem won't be solved by this people. Worst customer service and if they think u don't know any thing they will see you as a free money bag coming to their door steps.

Worst service ever I faced. They never test the problem to roots and come against the customer if he points out their mistake. The one month warranty they provide for servicing is only for name sake. They don't have skilled technicians(for desktop) and they doesn't even check what the customer has given to them. Instead of giving the customer a defect proof system they even create some defects on their own and shout at customer that the defect doesn't create any problem.

It's my mistake I bought a system there. I will never again visit this shop and never suggest to anyone if anyone want value for their money.

They don't even deserve single star waste of money and time they don't know how to talk with a customer, i am surprised to see 4 rating for this waste shop(fake rating).

The worst service they do Money takes more.
Half service done while OS doing and charge full money.After returning our product we can see that the OS will be corrupted.When we take return same product then again charged twice full amount.My suggestion to the customers don,t go to this fraud/cheater shop who cheats very easily by telling lies only.Don"t buy products here before buying products check the Online Price.

went for display replacement within one hour they called me work is over. before this i inquired 2 shops. they said rs.4500 and 2 days time. this shop charged rs.3800 and given by one hour. they staff are all very good. This review at that time is ok. But it was worked for 20 days only. I have visited so many times after that. They haven't responded properly for that. Only first time they respond well, after that it's worst.

Worst experience so far.. Servicing ki CPU ichaka ennisarlu call chesina respond avaru.. Call lift chesina saraina response ivvakundane cut chesesi tarvatha calls lift cheyaru.. Last week repair cheyinchina CPU ventane complaint vachindi.. Worst service and customer satisfaction..
