BUYER BEWARE.....I made a purchase at K&K Interior...

BUYER BEWARE.....I made a purchase at K&K Interiors in Sandusky last Friday. I paid full price, more than $100. It was not a sale item.
I changed my mind and went to return it this morning.
I was told that they do not accept returns. When I asked where it was posted they said, "It's on the bottom of your receipt". I asked how was I supposed to know that there was a no return policy prior to making the sale. They said that it was a store policy and now with "COVID and all, you know"
I called customer service and Renee called me and did listen to me, but refused to honor the return even though I am a Loyalty Member. Guess what.....I am no longer a Loyalty Member nor will I shop K&K again. By the way, Renee told me that they now have posted signs since my complaint. They should be ashamed of themselves.
