JX Enterprises/Peterbilt WI & IL Review

My 2nd visit in 2 weeks. I was there for the -47 freeze day. When I began having issues again I drove the 67 miles through Chicago traffic to get there because of the 1st visit. I can't speak highly enough about the experience both times. Courtesy of outstanding measure. Service superb. I as ked them to check 2 shocks I thought might need replacing. Thet went as far as taking them off and testing them, then put them back on. They could easily have sold me 2 new shocks without need but did the honest thing. I don't have everyone's name like the men that actually did the work but those I dealt with at the counter were all extremely polite, helpful, and patient with my ignorance and multiple questions. Jon on nights, Ryan, Andrew, Jake, and of course Joy. Really sad Joy moved upstairs as her chilli mac was awesome. Sandy even left Valentine's gifts in the lounge for drivers. Will definitely be my go to place when in the area and need repairs. Other drivers in the lounge also spoke highly of this location.

MECHANIC MANAGER NAMED RYAN HAS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ATTITUDE WHEN CUSTOMER'S ARE NOT SATISFIED.

This is the best dealer I have ever been dealing with.I did a lot of work on my Kenworth at this location,they are always finish on time,which is very important and with great experience.Bob from service is the one keeping my truck rolling.They are open 24H.
One time I came back home late evening leaving my truck for repair,next morning truck was ready,keep up good work JX Wadsworth Peterbilt.

I am a company driver, have 2018 Pete. Had an electrical problem , pulled into JX . Apart from being greeted with smiles ,my truck was written up and put into the shop. Andrew and Joy took very good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. It took two days but after going through miles of wire the tech found the burnt shorted wires and was able make a permanent solution. Thank you guys and a big shout out to Joy and Andrew.

Had a sleeper airbag leak, they were booked solid. It was cold and yet they had a fella willing to squeeze me in even though he would have to do the work outside....Both bags replaced and rolled on....That was my first visit here a short while back, today it is a belt and idler pulley, if they are even half as good as last visit they will still score high with my satisfaction needs.

Collin and Gavin 3rd shift crew they came through assisted in a breakdown in the lot. Very helpful, very kind. Also Peter and Jorge at the service desk always helpful and friendly and very informative.

I went there couple years ago with my dad from France. He wanted to see some American truck. They received us with so much kindness, my dad was so happy! Thank you again!
