Good food, nice ambience. However the staff there seemed to be least bothered and relatively inexperienced as well. At the rate they charge, you expect all areas to be spot-on.

I went here for a conference. The conference hall was excellent specially the screen was very good.

Ambience is awesome. But food quality is not that good as we expect from 5 star hotel.

Had been here for dinner @ Rooftop, Paasha restaurant. The ambience is really good. One would feel on top of the world. Food is also good; however little heavy on pocket, but I guess it's worth a visit.

Top hotel in Pune. The spa is very luxurious and the staff are always very helpful

Strategically located on the famous SB road, has the best of rooms & cuisine. Silver lining is its veg restaurant 'Shakahari' a delight for Vegetarians and that's why you see the who's who of every industry eating out to there.

We visited Pune with some Business Clients for drinks & dinner which included some guests from US and Europe as well. The experience was great. We were first seated in the open for drinks & later we shifted indoors for dinner. The ambiance is awesome!
I simply loved it and would like to visit this place just for its amazing view and ambiance whenever I will get a chance next time.

Have been there 4 years back loved the lunch and varieties of items in buffet good ambience for office lunch and dinners and meetings

Very good hotel. Experienced staff. The halls booked were sufficiently big. The staff was present at all times, ready to help. The food was very good too. I liked the area around the reception in particular and the sitting arrangement above the reception. The shops inside were equally gallant and had many items of interest.

We had a great dinner at the roof top restaurant. Buffet dinner had limited starers for vegiteriens but otherwise a great place to be considered for a wonderful dining experience.

Its five star hotel but interior decoration is very ordinary foos is not at all tasty specilly non veg. expensive but low quality food

Very nice gym and pool. The staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is very busy and noisy and there is no breakfast available in the executive lounge, however, the evening food in the lounge is exceptional.

Worst valley parking management.

Amazingly consistent great service all over the 24 floors from the outstanding Alto Vino resturant to the world class Quan Span and Spice Kitchen.. which makes excellent breakfast and has a seriously good ( value wise) buffet in the evening.

The pool is like a bit of paradise in the middle of hectic Pune. Gym is very usefull and pretty good for a hotel, will soon be improved as the cardio machines are a bit worn down.

Pasha is absolutely worth a vist Their Chicken Biryani and Black Dal are truely famoues and truely yummi

For the music & dance lovers is M-I-A-M-I a must see and hear, the sound system is out-of-this world and will literally make your trousers shake ! and you can still talk because it s crystal clear ...no distortion here...RESPECT

Room service has a great sense of humour and may surprise you with all kind of towelanimals or sweet homemade Chocolate bites

Management is super responsive when alerted to anything which is not up to the mark, and really takes customer feedback serious

I found some books in drawer at hotel room. Kindly replace these books by some more useful stuff like comic books. Then only u will get 5

Went to pasha and shakahari restaurants there.

Hopeless is the only word I have. Visited PBC. Service was extremely slow. I guess they were short of staff. No one attended us for over 15 minutes. I ordered a Red velvet Pastry which had green dot indicating Vegetarian. While leaving I saw the display and it had a red dot next to the red velvet. Disappointed. It made me feel worse. Guilty as if I ate egg. Called the manager and he said it's a mistake. How can they make such terrible and stubid mistakes. Carelessness at it's peak. Won't ever visit it again. Have posted the pictures of the sign indicating veg/non veg. Please stop playing with people's emotions towards their religion

Amazing ambience ( roof top is know for its view: a must try).
Salmon was superb. Meat is a must-have, melts in mouth with Indian breads.
A bit costly but it's okay when you're having your birthday party or aniversary dinner.

Place is good but food is not..only few options are there for main course

One of my favourite places to go brunching. I've always gone to the spice kitchen and it's never let me down. There is Indian Asian and continental food always on offer. For a five star it's very very reasonable. The ambiance is what you would expect. Generally a place I love to visit on and off.

Visiting this place is always such a luxury. This time it was Miami. If you are in Pune then this place should be in your list for sure.

I have been here in Spice Kitchen and Miami. Spice kitchen is best for having buffet and Miami is best in pune for night clubing.

It's always a pleasure to come to JWM Pune. I usually come for business trips to Pune and prefer to stay at JWM.. Amazing view from Pasha anytime of the day, courteous staff and scrumptious cuisines. I have loved to stay here every time, since it's opening.

Would have given more stars if Google permitted to. Such an amazing ambience ! I think it's one of the biggest properties in Pune. Superb location. Loved the hospitality.

Clean room with plenty of space. Tasty breakfasts and helpful staff. Nice gym that is open very early. In short - All things that you need during business trip are there.

Pasha at the JW Marriott. Lovely ambience and great selection of non vegetarian kebabs and other starters. 4 stars only coz the vegetarian and vegan options were not of the same standard. JW Marriott restaurants are always great though. Knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful.
