My 2nd home and top favourite hotel worldwide!!

Stayed here + 200nights last 5 years.

Amazingly consistent great service all over the 24 floors from the outstanding Alto Vino resturant to the world class Quan Span and Spice Kitchen.. which makes excellent breakfast and has a seriously good ( value wise) buffet in the evening.

The pool is like a bit of paradise in the middle of hectic Pune. Gym is very usefull and pretty good for a hotel, will soon be improved as the cardio machines are a bit worn down.

Pasha is absolutely worth a vist Their Chicken Biryani and Black Dal are truely famoues and truely yummi

For the music & dance lovers is M-I-A-M-I a must see and hear, the sound system is out-of-this world and will literally make your trousers shake ! and you can still talk because it s crystal clear ...no distortion here...RESPECT

Room service has a great sense of humour and may surprise you with all kind of towelanimals or sweet homemade Chocolate bites

Management is super responsive when alerted to anything which is not up to the mark, and really takes customer feedback serious
