As a multi-property landlord (using several other letting-agents) I decided to try Justin Lloyd with just one of my flats.
Their marketing was quick and professional, a tenant was found within days, the reporting and communication is excellent, and the rental payment is usually received immediately - far quicker than any other of the agents I currently use.
When I decided to sell one of my portfolio, I chose to use Justin Lloyd's Hove sales division; result - buyer found in three days and the sale agreed at above the asking price.
Eight months later, I placed another property on the market (Brighton team this time) and got exactly the same level of professional and efficient service, and another buyer secured (at full asking price) within a matter of days.
Highly recommended.

We purchases a house through Justin Lloyd - I cannot praise them enough. They totally understood where we were coming from and assisted massively in what was a frustrating process at times - owing to the non Brighton part of the chain. When our specific estate agent (one of the directors as it happens) was away from the office his colleagues were completely up to speed with where we were at, and it was always a pleasure dealing with any of the team. They deserve to be the highly successful company they have grown to be.

Victoria helped and advised me each step of the way and I have been very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism when dealing with the agency and Victoria. I have moved in and am very cosy in my new home!
