Terrible, My accessor never replies to emails, only met him twice in 12 Months even though they promise a visit every month or so, my teacher wasn't even qualified to take us for the exams so i've missed out on doing them now. From top to bottom the entire 12 months has been poor and no effort from there side to fix anything.
Amazing - passed in 6 Months and love the company I work for. Do not be put off by people lacking the skills needed to find work.
Both Danny Placinta and Emily Graveling have been exceptionally helpful during my process in applying for a digital marketing role through Just IT. Ever since I've joined Just IT they have been great, I'm in the process of starting my first IT job they've found for me. The level of support you have access to is fantastic. And everyone there is extremely approachable, from the CEO down.
I applied for an apprenticeship role in the Digital Marketing sector & at the start they helped me a lot. I was assigned two people that would work with me on my CV , Cover Letter etc. I got offered a role quite quickly just before covid hit and I was happy about the communication and services they provided for me.
However once covid came around the role I got offered came to a halt (which I thought would happen). I was told if there were any updates they'll "be in touch" and my possible start date could be mid-June. This never happened. Months and months went by without a single peep. The lockdown went on longer then I intentionally thought. Nevertheless I expected them to ATLEAST reach out to me and give me updates or tell me the job is no longer available. I should not have to keep reaching out to you! They completely left me in the dark and for that I'm highly disappointed.
I was really looking forward to the job but in the end with no responses, I gave up hope. It really surprises me that they didn't even get in contact with me to find another suitable role. These are people with jobs?! But they could barely do the minimal. Eventhough everyone I spoke to was nice it doesn't make up for the horrible communication.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I've joined Just IT last year and It was one of the best decisions in my life. I started the the online lessons and the course is structured and organized very well, with video lessons, lab and exam simulation, perfect for who like me works and can takes only few hours per day to study.
The staff is very helpful, always willing to help and responding any queries.
The jobs guarantee program they offered is truly what they promise, since now I'm going to start my first It job after I got my first certification.
The course is expensive, but if you think of it as an investment for your future it all money worthy to be spent.
If you want to try to put yourself into the IT field, Just It is not the right choise, it is the perfect one!

This company is run by a man called Simon Perriton. A man who lacks basic business and management skills. My observation was, OK, he s not listening. Good leadership requires delegation and listening, and he s too defensive and too insecure to actually take in input. So he throws tantrums (the best people working there often simply leave) I have seen him losing his temper and shouting at them. A terrible place to work.
Very poor teaching and very poor environment to learn in. Teachers are also very unprofessional.
People who work there are only looks they are mostly unprofessional and imagine they teach IT and explain but what, you guess they have an IT provider to solve their problems hahah
After about 18 months of unemployment I gave JustIT a shot and I am grateful for the support they have given me. I have passed my MCSA in Windows 10 and received assistance on improving my interview technique. Now thanks to JustIT's impressive clientele, I managed to get a work experience placement and my first IT support role at a prominent multinational company. I still need to do my MCSA server but I plan on booking some study leave for it as JustIT allow for complimentary retakes.
JustIT have good staff and their recruitment arm JustIT Recruitment are constantly in contact via phone or e-mail.
We dealt with Cheerag during our recent recruitment and whilst advertising for an Apprentice and the whole process was very smooth as we are used to with Just IT and we are waiting for our new Apprentice to gain some industry leading qualifications.

To keep it short and not bore anyone reading, I left school without any qualifications and after doing the JustIT course and going through the mentoring I got a job and now I'm flying in my career.
The bottom line is that Just IT helped me start a career in IT. After helping me achieve my first IT qualifications they quickly managed to set up a number of interviews. The support goes beyond simply IT training, they helped with interview techniques and composing an excellent CV to catch the eye of employers.
Just IT gave me the training and the opportunities I needed to turn my life around.
I dropped out of uni in January and 5 months later I m incredibly happy in my new job and my new career all thanks to this company. The trainers really know their stuff and the informal yet mature standard of teaching made content very accessible while also tying in with building on key skills that employers are looking for.
The careers support team are a great bunch of people, sadly some have moved on but the amount of help they can provide if you just ask goes above and beyond. I cannot express enough how Pleased I am with the service I was provided with.

The only thing which confused me was that they changed my personal adviser couple of times, but I believe is not a common thing. All of them were professional with great knowledge which help me to secure a job.

From when I was first in contact with them they have been sure to stay in constant communication with me the whole time, and constantly finding roles and positions I was interested in. Even through uncertain times of COVID-19.
The main person I was in contact with was Danny Placinta who was easy to talk with, and would contact me for roles I could be interested in.
Daniel Elmes handled a couple of the roles I was put forward for, and even the job I was offered in the end. He is very friendly and real, a great person to talk to on the phone.
They were very friendly, gave good advice for the interviews and helped with feedback.
It's okay. But il be honest after about 2 months of the course I finished the comp tia exams and I had my server 2012 and my windows 10 classes. It was good the class sessions wer really good and the career advice, CV building was quite good and helpful too. But I can't help feel as though I've spend 5k on just a cv and qualification, I had a degree and yes the qualifications are nessesary but wer actually quite easy. I really think i couldve got the job without the qualification. In addition, my main reason for giving it three stars has to be that I litrally applied for my own job because I got sick of waiting around for an opportunity. The reqruitment team seemed okay good people I'm sure, but things was too slow considering I had a very high degree in computing before I joined. I understand that i needed the right opportunity to match my skills, but im not a reqruiter or a expert and i managed to find an IT job on my own.... how hard can it be. Overall I would say if you have no experiance and are simply breaking into the IT industry then it is really good, but if you have a degree in computing just stay away it's not that hard once you know how to get to where you want. Just start of at first line if things get tedious and you need to get into employment. Then while your gaining experiance just try apply for other roles. I hope after I complete 6 to 12 month of employment they actually help me find somehing else, and this time actually find me a job.
I have had a great time working with the Just IT team, who has supported me toward finding an apprenticeship, hands down they have done an amazing job. Especially, Danny and Chirag provided me with great support, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was updated with all new information and materials to prepare for interviews.

Money well spend: Just IT gave me training, work placement (to gain commercial experience) and now they find me job. Just world of advice for all the potential candidates: NPP program its not magic pill - you will HAVE TO put lots of effort in self development (both: technical and soft skills) to make it work for you. Do not attend this course under the illusion that by only attending the classes you will progress into the first IT job fast. It will require time and effort.
Joined Justit after spending 11 years in a law firm , needed a change in career to something I was passionate about IT!! They helped me gain my qualifications through their courses and exams . I started with them before Lockdown and as soon as there was an available position i was contacted by a associate, danny. I found danny and the team at Just IT to be very helpful and cordial. They always had new positions and did follow up call to see how i found each interview.
I secured 2 work placements through Just IT, and now I've secured a full time position through them working as an IT Technician. I started with them on the newly designed AEB Course, which is immensely helpful and informative. Lynda who was my tutor was great, always willing to help and explain things and always trying to do right by her students. Catherine was a major help in securing all 3 roles; from the interview prep given, she gave me loads of tips and reminders that I used whilst in my interviews; and from the pitch meeting I was able to sum up myself within a short period of time, which was very helpful for showing my skill set to employers. I was initially encouraged to join Just IT by a former work colleague, I was planning to just buy a couple of books and study in my own time but the extra perks of joining Just IT were invaluable. From helping you create a professional looking CV to giving you help and guidance to present yourself positively in an interview and then getting you a work placement, these thing's were more valuable to me than the training itself.
WORST TRAINING PROVIDER EVER!!! I have been to a lot of training provider. By far Just IT has to be the worst out of them all. They do not keep to their word when they say "they will find you a job, after your apprenticeship is finished." Majority of the time, the person you are trying to contact are in a meeting. OK that's understandable however the receptionist assures that you will get a call back however no one ever calls you back. Also you have to spend a lot of time chasing them up. The only time they will continuously call you is when you need to sign a formal review document which they send off to the government and then they receive a certain amount of money from the government for doing so. That is their only reason they would give you a call. apart from that they couldn't care less about you. I AM TRULY EMBARRASSED TO SAY THAT I HAVE STUDIED WITH THEM.
Currently still a student of the online course. With support and advice from team members I have passed both CompTIA A+ Exams and working my way towards my Win10 MD-100 exam.
The recruitment team have give me helpful advice on how to impress potential employees as well alerted to any job opportunities that they believe I am capable of.
The overall course is worth it if you believe you want a career in IT.

Just secured my first job in IT thanks to Just IT. I have been on the NPP blended learning course (study while you work) for 5 months and had my CV put forward for the opportunity. I have to give it a 3 star because i didn't get as much help from them and when i was to ask them make an appointment for me to do my mock interview, they said they will get back to me and i never did. I was also told that i could the apprenticeship and was told to email them, of what type of apprenticeship that i was interested in. But sadly i didn't get any replied back after i've sent it a couple of time.
But other then what has happened to me.
JustIT is worth to have a look at because they did help me out, to build my confidence to communicate with others and they do help you out with some tips for your interviews.
However for the studies, i say it's best to research the IT roles you want and read about it before joining with JustIT.
They don t care about apprentices futures. They just take the money and see if you can find yourself way through the mess they leave you in. Teaching is of good quality but the whole organisation is abysmal and simply in it for the money. Avoid at all costs.
Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and one woman there was really rude.
Started my new journey into IT about 1 and half months ago and I can honestly say that it was the best choice. JustIT helped me from start to finish. They really know hat they are talking about. After passing my CompTIA Exam I got offered and apprenticeship with a big employer. Really happy with my future career choice. Thanks JustIT.

I had a great experience, the staff was friendly, and within 5 months i was able to get a full time job, after passing my exams, i needed work experience, i only waited a week before i was given a work placement, was able to gain so much experience from the placement they had given me that i became successful in the interview. the career support was externally helpful, gave me so much advice and we did a few practise interviews which helps boost my confidences.
JustIT Its amazing i took longer time to finish my Comptia A+ exam, but you can finish quicker. i attend career support day one and two, With in a week i got a Job. I want to thank Farah Ahmed and Andrew Stewart.

Started the course on JustIT last year when I was feeling that I wasnt in the right direction to find my IT job.
What was most important for me with Just IT wasn't the course for the certificates, but the help that they to give to you with your interpersonal skills.
The course itself is very organized and structured.
During the course you have webinars that are recorded, this way even, if you miss the live webinar you can still watch it later.
They are always trying to do some improvement, and from the last few months I have seen a huge improvement in the communication that they have with their students.
My Career Supports did and excepcional job, giving me tips and tricks to work on my interview skills, they also teach How to prepare my CV and how I should search for work properly.
I'm now employed on an IT company and I have to say that JustIT was crucial to help me to achieve this.
I would and will certainly recommend it for anyone who wants to start you carrer in IT industry.

I enrolled on JustIT NPP Network course in October 2016. Seven months after I've attained more knowledge, more certifications, more job experience that finally landed me a job in a very good international company. More of a question, I'm 17, born 23/09/2000.... I've got 5 GCSE's from year 11 - Maths English Science Geography and Media = 5, 3, C, E and A
+ An extra ECDL GCSE = A*............ + I got dropped from ICT : (
In year 10 I got a B for a Finance 'GCSE' ...... ok!
I've been applying for apprenticeships etc. as a result of not wanting to go to sixth form/college for reasons I do not want to state : ) .
I did apply for Just IT... Sent CV with application etc... My CV had all this information...
So my question is, would a student like me, with these grades, and at this age, have any chance of being enrolled into Just IT??
I did have several open days to attend at JUST IT, but I was unable to make it to any of them, so my second question is, was my failure to attend in vain or not??
Great experience earning my diploma with JustIT and Skills team. All the people I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job of making me feel confident in how I was progressing and what was expected at each stage, and making sure I hit the requirements to achieve a distinction.
Excellent company to work with. They were the only ones to call me to clear some details on my CV that could potentially make me unsuitable for one of their programs. Every other IT company in this line of work just ignored me without checking first. (Thanks for trusting me! :))

This company doesn t respond at all. They just disregard you. I mean, if they re not going to communicate effectively with the new members who just joined either for apprenticeship or training then do you think this company will be there for you and communicate with you effectively after you sign up? I highly doubt it. Communication is the most essential thing when it comes to apprenticeship or training, it s unfortunate that they don t have that. For that reason I will pass this one and I m no longer interested their apprenticeship and their training. They re just in for the money and once they took it, they will scram. You will never hear from them or to guide you ever again, which I find it derogatory. Choose your trainer wisely people and do your due diligence!
