Pathetic service ........I have contracted one of the Movers and Packers and experienced an arm twisting, catchy situation......... Guys refused to unload without being paid extra than contracted rate. Contracted BPS Logistic.....through Justdial.
I have reported this to Just Dial and so far no action..........

Justdial has helped me tremendously by their good quality leads. Their packages are extremely reasonable and deliver what the team promises.

The most happening school & Jr. College in vasai where continuous daily discipline implementation program for self discipline is taken place.

Fake leads they don t do business they just fool the customer same less they send to 10 the owners

Stop fooling people or else there should be a checking from high end

Charges are to high for the fake leads an Malad people do cheap marketing just to fool the customer

Have started receiving a large number of genuine leads post listing on Justdial. The customer service agents in particular are extremely helpful and resolve your issues promptly.

Fraud company deducting money for ecs for their listing their service without intimating customers even after discontinuing their services.

Just Dial is the worst app and worse than that is their calling centre. First of all they ask us irrelevant questions and waste our time. Secondly the kind of questions that they ask is "You enquired about some particular place last time. How would you like to rate your experience with that?". Every time they ask about places I never enquired. I wonder how they assume that I enquired about those particular places. Thirdly and most importantly most of the time they provide us with either wrong information or numbers which are not in use or those numbers which are used by other people. Pathetic experience, I am giving 1 star because without that my review won't be accepted otherwise if given a chance I would like to rate them -5.

Poor interior. No proper guidance. Very far away from malad station.

I think they should change the Name from Just Dial Ltd to JUST FRAUD UNLIMITED.

Very disappointed with the Sale personnel Mr.Ankit Kundhadia.

I, Zahid Khan wanted to list my business on Just Dial under Lifetime Package. I met Mr.Ankit Kundhadia on 23rd Feb regarding the process to be followed for Listing business on Just Dial.

On meeting,he told me the package under lifetime advertisement on payment of Rs 20,00+3,600 GST= 23,600.

I transferred the payment on his personal account and told him Not to make payment because I was not sure about the decision and told him that I will make payment from my personal account only. He told me that next day he will transfer my money in my account through NEFT.

Since then I was calling him everyday to transfer my money into my account through NEFT.

He keep delaying my payment since last 8 days,and now on 1st March I got a call from just dial that the request for your business listing is received, I told them that I dont want to list my business.

Afterwards, Mr Ankit told me that the money cannot be refunded as it has been deposited already with the just dial.

I want my money refund as there was attempt to list my business without my final approval.

I now attaching my conversation with Mr.Ankit.
Very disappointed with the sale personnel, Mr. Ankit, I got an OTP when I told him that why I got this OTP, he told me that it is the request to cancel your request.

After that he is not responding to my any calls.

Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

JD never disappoints! Most reliable app to get contact details of any local service.

I subscribed for your services by paying Rs.11800/- . But, the categories required are still not updated in my account. I called the sales person many times also mail him the details, but, despite his promises, it's still not done. I am getting only unwanted enquiries. It's like getting cheated after paying money.

Third class service company. I have already done yearly onetime payment for 1 Year Package then also they are deducting monthly Ecs from my bank account. Regarding same issue we have sent so many mails to stop my Ecs immediately but not getting any response from them. I have called to costumer centre lots of time same answers getting that call will back from concern department but not yet received any call from them. Its all because of their staff miscommunication & fulfill their target.
Very Pathetic service.
I m going to take legally action on company.

I interviewed at just dial in malad.. n my experience was horrible.. The HR Akansha over there is just damn rude and treated us with an bad attitude... No manners of how to talk to a candidate.. Company is very good but because of such HR the freshers lose their confidence.. Need to learn manners n politeness first..

Accuracy at its best..Just dial 10 times 8 when you want some information related to your local areas..

I had hired Navkarmik designers from their site and they turned out to be a fraud leading to a financial loss..I complained to Just dial that why were they were not posting the reviews.they said they would revert in 2 to 3 days but no one called..just dial has given the power to delete the pics of dirty work of designing the house and most shockingly the reviews as well..Genuine people can fall a trap to their fraudsters as I have been a victim to the so called good reviews....Never trust just dial again

DO NOT GO FOR JUSTDIAL LISTING
(their are other better players, who may follow 60-70% of commitment but at-least they wont HARASS You)

ECS department have deaf people who tell you their company policies & never hear a single word from customer & if custom-made rules to extract money from customer are asked to executive on email officially they will never produce it. Cheater they are, absolute cheaters. Altered commitment, no/delayed reply on email to check how they can suck more money from your end.

Go for paid India-mart service or Sulekha atleast the service is RELATIVELY better.

No consideration for lockdown period. No help to their paid clients too. It's same with all premium position buyers. Do not blindly go for it. Check details, all reviews and talk to their paid customers. I would never recommend this anyone.

One of the most horrible customer service experience I have had with JD with one of your most mannerless, rude and outright crassy executive named Sheetal Sodha. I am a subscriber and would like you to know how your teams are conveniently selling services on the company's name with illogical rationales for renewals. They are not even admitting to give right papers. Asking to renew 5 months prior to the expiry date, not accepting a PDC either, want full payment now in feb for a service which vl begin only in July 2019 and vl not even mention it in the invoice or give a proper contract on the letterhead. It doesnt end here they also want in writing from me that pls sell my current position to someone else which I own till June but not renewing now in feb. How can u sell my current position to someone else during the contract period. This is not only tricking but also arm twisting to get money out of your clients on your whims. Above all, as a subscriber not letting me have the right to decide for my own subscription nd calling me names nd judging me with a voice that would reach the neighbouring nation. Excuse me..I am paying you money not to hear your rude nd mannerless bickering..Can I please get a right number and an email id where I could escalate this whole thing and understand and explain whats going on..

Thr r many fake n fraud associations, companies, services like wifi, Restro, etc who are along with just dial. I hv got mny losses bcz of them. Even justdial doesn t take any action against them. No responsiblity. Beware guys.

1. It's been more than 2 weeks I haven got a single lead from customers

2. My Company is not on Just dial search section according to Andheri west.

3. My company address is Versova, Andheri West. But you are not changing. You are still using incorrect address andheri East.

4. The number you've issued me on my company name. According to true calller is shows, Bobby cutting wala.

5. When I call customer care, so nobody call back even 15 days

I get a package from justdial for my business. But i didnt get single enquiry related to my business i call just dial customer care as well tell my problem to some sale persons and managers of just dial they not respond my calls and messages they directly ingnore my all messages i have all screenshots of chats also. They tell you our service is best and all before u upgrade pack. Call u 100 times but after block your number from whtas app also for calls. I waste my money and time also. Now its complete one month but they didnt solve my problem also and its worst service and staff of justdial.

Its good for the freshers i don't think there is any scope of growth if u want any field job or any back office related work then its good foe you.

Contacted just dial for home decor but they even keep fraud and cheaters in their list without verifying their background. I contacted the person they texted me and he took the money and left the work incomplete taking full payment and now ignoring the calls ... pathetic and I am going to sue justdial & the person who cheated us..Don't ever use justdial...
