The only reason it is one star is because that is the minimum I can do.
Visited this afternoon with my granddaughters to buy anniversary gifts for their parents. Not only were we overcharged without a receipt, when we were purchasing the gifts at the till I said to my granddaughters to remind me to remove the price tag before we wrapped it. The lady serving us said don't worry she'll do it for us. However, when I got home to wrap it with them, they had started to try and get it off but it had gone all sticky and basically left it in a mess so I then had to spend half an hour trying to peel it off with my hairdryer, nail varnish remover etc. Not very impressed at all it just shows lack of respect, especially as they knew it was a present as well. It is just annoying and shows that they don't care about the customer. Will definately not return and definately do not recommend.
