Springfield Parking Authority has been providing parking services for a long time. Their professionalism is commendable. Although sometimes the parking lots can be crowded, overall they have been doing a good job.

I pressed the button that was labeled press for help and waited for over an hour for security to come and help me. I called multiple times.....the gentleman who answered finally came and checked on me, but he was unable to assist me. His supervisor was suppose to be on his way, but showed up an hour later. Thankfully, it wasn't an emergency or anything too serious. I hope no one actually needs help in the garage because you are on your own.
I have been staying here for like four years and there is never a security inside of the garage. anytime that you have a problem with anything you have to sit there and wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come and help you out so God for bid that you get stuck in there

Gotta love a company that gives you a ticket because they didn't see you parking pass. They are a joke, was told 'Oh you could have given it to someone to use' I asked then why did I have to give you my license plate when I signed up to park there? Crickets. So when you pay to park in their lots be prepared for tickets if they don't see your pass!
