Lovely staff, I really want to thank the room staff who do a difficult job but so appreciable, exceptionally kind, the waiters, the security, the lifeguards, the reception, the buggies ... really the service, the attentions are to be underlined and really big Thank you to them for their sense of service and their grace;)

The complex is great, it's a vacation budget I don't deny it, but the services are up to the task

I used the hotel's private beach and found everything marvellous. Right from the lockers, changing rooms, showers to the beach and the pool.

This hotel is one of the best Dubai. The food is fantastic, the service is impeccable, and the rooms are gorgeous. Added bonus is that it's right on unde beach. I love having seminars/conferences here - everything runs so smoothly.

Top Hotel at the Jumeirah Beach front, truely overpriced but considered to other hotels still an outstanding service and location at Dubai Jumeirah Beach Front.

Awesome hotel.! We were here on the beach and in the pools near the hotel. Very comfortable, clean, cozy, the staff is friendly! The view on the "Sailboat" is impressive !! Recommend. The kids were delighted!

This hotel is medium,they have same facilities with Burj al Arab,but the room is so so and food not nice.

Favourite place for buffet breakfast. Great selection, wonderful staff n service. Never stayed as only live down the road.

The staff works smartly and copes with their duties + the rooms are very nice spacious

The staff are delightful, serving your every whim. The places to eat are amazing with a wide range of cuisine and choice. However, the thing that takes the cake, is the views and the beach, which is a sight for sore eyes.
Overall, my experience there was highly fulfilling and I would not hesitate to go back.

A five star hotel I would recommend trying out for the family

Best hotel for families, everything was spectacular but not the best breakfast in Dubai in latitude restaurant however beachcombers is much better, refurbished rooms are beautiful and babysitting service is professional and reliable. Cater to children of all ages as well as adults. When the hotel is busy the communication between guest and staff is poor and somethings take ALOT longer than what they should.

We visited with our two young son's in June parts of the hotel were under renovation the kids club and pool and some of the rooms and the beach were being worked on mainly in the evening, the only time you could really hear anything that would cause annoyance was when out on the balcony and even then it wasn't too much of a disturbance, in fact it was interesting to see how much work was completed during the 6 night we stayed.
We had a balcony room on the 6th floor with amazing views of the Burj al arab and the marina. The room was quiet nice with a few nice touches like touch screen operated curtians and lights. Tea and coffee is provided in the room free of charge and is replenished at least twice a day and you can call for more tea auger milk etc when needed .
We stayed half board which meant we could have breakfast at the hotel and Lunch or dinner each day at the many Jumeirah group hotels restaurants, there are lots of restaurants to dine at some better then others, the English themed pub inside the beach hotel is loud and the food menu isn't great at all. Still nice settings and authentic because it's loud with people drinking to excess.
The service provided by the staff vairys from rude to perfect. The cleaning staff are all polite and extremely helpful and genuinely nice guys, the staff at the desk were helpful and mostly poliet, the guy at the door who greets you (PETER) is one of the nicest hotel workers we have met he was fantastic with the kids a true gentleman and special thanks to Peter. Also a man who worked at the breakfast buffet was another true gentleman who really made our stay special I'm sorry I can't remember his name he is from India and his name begins with K, like Peter he was great with our children and we will always remember there hospitality.
The spa and gym are morden overlooking the marina and sea, the spa isn't that great in my opinion I prefer the ottoman spar at the zabeel Saray.
The wild wadi is connected to the hotels grounds which was gives beach hotel user free admission, a fantastic place plenty of life gaurds everywhere which gives you a sence of safty.
It's a perfect hotel if you have children or are looking for something a bit more laid back, we have previously stayed at the zabeel Saray which is perfect but as a family the beach hotel is a better choice.

Great beach hotel for families. Service is superb. There is a great kids club and we spent several days at the Wild Wadi Park (with a direct entrance from the hotel). We also came here for the tennis courts and weren't disappointed: they were in great shape and the coaches were all very competent and friendly.

Great place ! One of the only hotel in dubai on seaside !!! Finally , very few got it , its a huge place . Sad there is no club or nice lounges around , used to be some but they close dow i dont know why ...

It s great that they have offers for residents. We went along with our family last month and had the time of our lives. Beach was just few meters away. We got free access to wild wadi park as well. Highly recommend it.

This has to be my most favourite holiday and hotel ever

its so relaxing and the pool is lovely and fresh , only a short walk to the beach and the views are amazing .

the prices are amazing and there is a huge choise of restaurants to pick from , taxis service is very easy and simple .

One of the nicest resorts ... but in this period until next year there are repairs in some of the hotel facilities ... but enter the city of water games and the Valley Valley .. is perfect for hotel guests

Only done the brunch at latitude in the hotel and the rooftop bar, but an amazing place.

I went to Uptown on 24th floor. A roof top bar with great views of the city.

Luxurious, amazing ambience, food, service. Everything is perfect.

Nice hotel with a great beach and wonderful views of Burj Al Arab. Great restaurant options with walking access to Madinat Jumeriah and Wild Wadi.

Lovely large apartment with a view, very close to beach and restaurants and local public transport.
