Lovely staff, I really want to thank the room staff who do a difficult job but so appreciable, exceptionally kind, the waiters, the security, the lifeguards, the reception, the buggies ... really the service, the attentions are to be underlined and really big Thank you to them for their sense of service and their grace;)

Big thanks to Patrice and Rana who speak French, and who helped me make myself understood;) Always smiling and making sure that everything goes well;)

Big thanks to Christopher at the breackfast and all the waiters who were able to serve us, great people and always impeccable service, Big Bravo

Really all the staff on top, we enjoyed our vacation thanks to all the caring and lovely staff, all of them.

The complex is great, it's a vacation budget I don't deny it, but the services are up to the task

Also a Big Thank you to Mohamed Ali our private limousine driver from Jumeirah, adorable and who drives very well

I wish them the best and a good resumption of activity because we know that times are hard economically speaking, and that they can all recover their full salary in this beautiful country where the quality of service is exceptional.
