Anchor & Dow great evening with girlfriends, but as we were leaving valet guys stopped a cab and opened the door and we jumped in only to be stung for 185dhs, for a cab ride that should have been 38 dhs in yellow cabs, we were having such a good time we didnt pay attention to what the colour of the car was only rhat we asked for a taxi, i believe your hotel is wrong to do this.... if there are different cabs they shoukd say this cab will cost double or more the usual fare, at which poi t we would ceetainky have questioned it.....

Wow, just wow. This place has ruined fancy hotels for me as it is just flawless.

Super! I was there for the Parus Music festival on the November, 2nd. it was so beautiful and great staff, Receptionist helped me in getting Uber in time so I don't miss my air-plane.

Was dissatisfied with the service and restaurant was very busy breakfast time always que also overcharges at checkout and not just me only good thing was ease of access of to pool from garden suite.

Another amazing beach, hotel, and pool. You are in the shadow of the self proclaimed '7 star' sailboat shaped hotel, but this place stands on its own. It's also extraordinarily expensive as well for food.

A state of the art hotel with luxury apartments. It has a very large expanse of beach land for picnicking and sun bathing. A very large event hall for part and conference.

Awseome place for family and for everone it's a lovely resort

Nice location as your tables are near to Burj al Arab. Table and sitting arrangement is fantastic. Food was good but need more variety, salad section was nicely arranged.

I am only a day visitor to JBH and they are always very good with service etc. It would be unfair to review them in light of changes they have to comply with in light of COVID-19.

Nice beach and pool. The pool can feel a bit crowded sometimes.

Great location to everything in Dubai. The hotel is as glitzy and comfortable as would be expected. Staff are always looking to help and please you, Wonderful restaurants and a great environment. You dont have to leave the property. You have everything you need or want. An after dinner hooka on the terrace is a must try.

Dubai ... always worth a visit. We were now for the second time in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. If you like luxury is here at the right address. Located directly on the beach overlooking the Burj al Arab experienced in this house pure luxury, which of course has its price.

Great place to visit. Offers best quality and is in close proximity to several attractions

Had lunch at the all-day-dining restaurant with a friend of mine. A friendly Hostess greeted us at the entrance to the restaurant and led us to a table by the window. The lunch buffet is nicely laid out and offers a wide arrange of choices such as salads, soups, cold cuts, cheeses and onward to an array of international main courses ranging from Japanese to Indian to Middle Eastern to Western. The highlight was the dessert buffet with a delectable choice of cakes, gateaux, tarts as well as home-made ice-cream. The only let-down was the service, which as sluggish and inattentive. During the cooler months of the year, one can also dine al fresco on the terrace. Give it a try should you be in the vicinity as the entire hotel was recently refurbished.

The beautiful hotel. Very excellent and lovely architecture. Was sad when I wasn t allowed to go up to see a guest because I didn t have ID even when the guest came down to vouch for me. I think that could have been handled better.
