AMAZING hotel, rooms are Lovley, food is great but a bit bit expensive.

Been here to use their auditorium for our company teambuilding. They have a huge place that can accomodate 300+ people and can do the outdoor games inside if the temperature outside is extremely hot.

Beautiful location and extremely great setup. Enjoied my evening truely.

I often visit the lounge located at the lobby level. It's a beautiful place with amazing views of the Burj Al Arab. The best part about tgis place is the service provided by their staff Ms. Faith, she is just wonderful, friendly and goes that extra mile to make your visit a lovely memory

So good the staff were so helpful, poole and beach are amazing and had a great room view. Really good breakfast and you get happy hour and free drinks ! Very good hotel and I couldn t hear construction from ocean blue restaurant which is close to construction (also recommend the restaurant) There s a small mall right next to it and wild Waldi loved it here

The hotel carries a lot of beautiful memories but there are some things I did not like the hotel first treated the staff is dry and do not enjoy the good reception and secondly annoying guests through frequent contact to the room and thirdly they do not have much facilities for the comfort of the guest

Anyone who loves beach then i can recommend then that jumeirah has an awesome beach side with excellent services ...which will make you feel that you still are in your own home

The Beach Comber restaurant is fantastic.. we went twice. Was also great laying on deck chairs in the dark watching the stars and listening to the waves

JBH is a very family-oriented place. It is surrounded by amazing, good quality food. The services are impeccable, everyone is friendly and the price is just right.

3 stars because there are sindibad swimming pool. they made to my son a crocodile out of towels. nice comfortable beds
but when we need to get our car, they took long time (2h and 30m). people waiting and struggling to get their car.

As always dinner was wonderful at the kitchen connection.

I always loved this hotel for the unbeatable location in front of Burj al Arab.

I think when u make a booking the site should inform you that the hotel is under construction and the construction sounds are very loud. To make it worse we checked in at 2.45 and informed that the only rooms available are the ones directly infront of the construction and they did not know when other rooms will be available as they are in high demand.I will never stay here again.Dubai has tons of great hotels better then this!

Great ambience filled with Luxury and top end service

The service and buffet was outstanding... The scenery was priceless its a must...

Uptown bar on the top of Hotel Jumeirah beach is a great place with nice music and fantastic view, the cocktail are little but pricey but it's worth it
It's open till 2:00 am in the weekdays

Omg.... never hv i experienced a 5 star rated hotel to be so pathetic. No concierge..... no greetings on our arrival. Choice of food is very very limited and prices r exuberant for the quality of food. The untrained staff made us feel like we were in zombieland except these zombies were simply standing motion and emotionless. The only thing good was the view. We will never stay there unless the place actually becomes a 5 star.... not in the name alone.

We love this place. Very comfortable. Great selection of food and restaurants. Fantastic facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Cant praise it highly enough. Currently closed for refurbishment but reopening in October 18, we are already booked in for a weekend to dampme the new Jumeira Beach. Can't wait.
