Very nice quality of food and variety for the Friday brunch at Latitude

The most amazing lunch buffet I ever had, good food, good selections, good environment, reasonable price.

Great hotel, very nicely renovated great amenities, however the new parking system is terrible have to only give for valet and no self parking.

Attended an event here. Lack of organization, food is bland, we have to go to another resto after the event because we are still hungry.

The hotel is just after repair, fresh light and good! An updated children's pool, and especially liked the new super mini-club and children's room in the main restaurant area! Highly recommended for holidays with children!

Best beach in Dubai along with all other hotels in the neighbourhood

One of the most amazing hotels in Dubai, loved the service in all restaurants/bars, amazing breakfast, crepe station, coffee (best I ve had), beach, gym, weather was perfect at 36 degrees Celsius in May. The level of luxury at JBH is just something else!
HOWEVER we were not informed of the construction by my travel agent or by the hotel and that the construction work will continue very late till early hours of the morning. I had to raise this with the manager as I struggled to sleep and he was very apologetic/attentive and helped us move to a quieter room. If we had known about this we would have booked another hotel.
As it was our anniversary, the hotel staff organised a cake and a bottle of wine to our room, but we received a bottle of apple juice instead.

Nice hotel and you get complimentary Wild Wadi water park. Very nice pools and the restaurants are fairly good and some use entertainer discount. You get a nice view on the sunset with the Burj Alarab

Just too much and the opposite of cozy. Feels crowded, long internal walks, you have a lot to figure out which makes it tiring. I stayed in 3 hotels in the UAE this one by far the worst. Upon arrival at 3pm our room was not ready and had to wait 50 minutes. Key didnt work. Extra beds requested 3 times in advance were still not ready by 10pm and in the morning we had a 30 people line to get in the breakfast room! Overall dissappointed that what i thought would be a grand closure turned out to be exactly the opposite. Positives are the view and size of room. Room is also outdated and bathroom decor super cheap. By the way you get access to waterpark from all Jumeirah hotels.

Can't fault anything about the hotel staff or food . First time stay in dubai and would go back . The sea view is stunning.

One of the best hotels to visit the luxury of Jdaaa and its splendor splendor and services and treat them Raaqi Jadaha in addition to access to the water park free of charge and go to (Madinat Jumeirah) and ride the boat for free

Im in love with this place. The magic starts at night where you see the beautiful light display. Also i think its better to walk around at night during summer. Architecture, service, food etc are the best. But yeah, expensive.

Just a very fancy hotel, good views of the Burj-al-Arab, bad beach. It has an spectacular breakfast buffet!! It also has a water park.

I do not stay, so I do not know the room.
However, I visited at the end of 2018 to buy a lot, but it was said that I had not sold it. I can only buy at Dubai Airport. Please be careful.

It's an amazing hotel, the staff and 6 star and really helpful, wild wadi lifeguards are the best and really good with the kids. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, that's of course when it reopens in May again

It is expensive but one of the hotels with a sandy beach in Dubai that serves the best of both business and tourist destinations.

I stay here every Christmas but will no more! We are a party of 6 and have two rooms but this year have arrived to a sub standard hotel. I have been put in rooms on a building site with constant noise from 7:30am until past midnight. Usually the welcome rooms included kids gift and bowl of fruit. Nothing. I was told the club room access was closed due to over capacity. Every time I try to reserve a restaurant for lunch or dinner I m told they are fully booked. I walk in to restaurant to find it half empty. I complained to the Duty Manager who said it s under new management and things have changed. He said he would get back to me and 3 days later I am still waiting.... unhelpful and terrible services provided- every year our family have been coming for 5 years now but I will definitely not come back next Xmas and New Years.

I ve stayed here many times with my family and the refurbished rooms are amazing! I cant wait to see what the hotel is like after the full refurb has completed! Will definitely be coming back again next year!..
