They have a driver named Alexander Jareo who does nothing bit smoke marijuanna all day on the job
After being a customer of JS Express for 9 years, and making reasonable requests for NON SMOKING drivers, we are no longer going to use them as our courier. It is as if customer service just does not matter to them. We have used them to delivery medical supplies, and they come in smelling like cigarettes.
They are regularly late or delayed, per their own notification system.
We will never use them again.
Transportation and courier company located in St Louis. No longer JS Logistics. It was bought by US Pack in 2017/2018.
They lied to me multiple times, and they ultimately refused to do service they were hired for. They simply walked off the job site, with no resolution. Home Depot hired them to deliver its products. We paid premium shipping so items could be delivered to "room of choice". JS Logistics (aka US Pack) canceled the first day, no notice. They wouldn't return phone calls. Two days later, they showed up, without giving courtesy call, chipped our brand new bathtub, and then left before taking it to the room it needed to go to, like we paid for. Local and corporate offices are unresponsive about damaged product and uncompleted delivery job. Their own employee told me how bad the company is. Beware.
Not a bad place.
Moving to a different location by the end of July 2020
For a trucker this place is difficult to get to. You have to drive through several residential neighborhoods on narrow streets.
This is the best way to get here. Cross into MO on I55S/ I44W. Stay as far right as you can. At the split stay on I44. Immediately take exit 290A. Turn right on Gustine. When you Storage America on the right enter the narrow driveway on the left in front of the sign I posted
Good luck.
They're a tough, cut throat company. It was head to head between them and access courier for many years and then suddenly, they went for the jugular and took them out. I worked for both, and being in transportation now, I understand why they had to be so tough. Props to JS for outlasting so much competition. You can't put the full blame of drivers on them. They can have rules and regulations, but once that driver leaves around the corner, no telling what they'll do. Give JS a shot, they know how to win.
