He is friendly and knows his stuff. He took apart the computer while I was there and showed me what happened. He then diagnosed it right away so that I could see what went wrong, and then repaired it in less than 24 hours. He also gave me good advice on which router I should buy next. A lot easier than dealing with Best Buy. I highly recommend his services.
