Worst company in the world to do business with. T...

Worst company in the world to do business with. They are terrible about replacing parts and taking care of their products. We just received one of their products that was not working and they wanted us to pay for the replacement part and shipping. This is not the first time we have had bad dealings with JPW. Last time we called we were on hold for 55 minutes before we spoke with a tech. Our distributor states they treat them like dirt as well. This used to be such a great product but now they are no better than the cheap no name brands. Buy Rikon!

I purchased a set of Jet 24" and 48" Parallel clam...

I purchased a set of Jet 24" and 48" Parallel clamps from Woodcraft in 2007 and one of the 24" Clamp's "clamping mechanism" no longer holds. It just slips when attempting to tighten it down. Jet marks these clamps with a Lifetime warranty. So, I called customer service and spoke with Mary in their warranty department. She said that unless I had a purchase receipt, she would not warrant the product. When I purchased the product, there was no documentation that said the warranty is only good with a proof of purchase. There was no warranty card for registration of the warranty. The label on the product says lifetime warranty. So far, now 3 of the 8 Jet clamps that I own have failed - one stopped holding (the current one at issue), on one the jaw portion with the hand screw came apart, and one the jaw bent and would no longer hold. Jet replaced the first two, after I sent them a picture of the product label, immediately. Now they won't honor their warranty. Unless they have a change of heart, I will not be buying any JPW products of any kind in the future.

I have two months of complaints, I ll make it short .I bought a 20-3 bandsaw had problems,bad motor,magnetic switch,vibrations. Repaired two times, last time tech said it wasn t repairable. Jet sent another machine. Same problems! Waited to have 2nd machine fixed. I asked for a refund.. They have not returned my call. Bad line? Bad customer service? Bad company? Never buy from them again

Terrible experience with both PowerMatic and JET tools. Over 30 days since order and still no delivery. The customer service just keeps pulling me along with no resolution ("We will call you right back"......crickets). This has set my shop back several weeks.

I've filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...I don't know if it will work but at this point, I'm ready to just cancel the order and go with Laguna Tools instead.

Update: After another week we were finally able to negotiate a cancellation and refund. I'll believe it once the money is back in my account. Instead I've gone to a competitor (Laguna Tools) who, so far, seem easier to deal with.

THESE PEOPLE CONCERN ME. AFTER GETTING ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND SUBMITTING DETAILED PICTURES OF WHAT I NEEDED THE WRONG PART SHOWED UP.
AFTER NEARLY A MONTH OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS I STILL HAVE THE WRONG PART AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY.
DEALING WITH THEM IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. PISS-POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND COMPLETE ABSENCE OF ACCOUNTABILITY. ENJOY MY MONEY JPW INDUSTRIES.

Where do I start.......
I ordered a vertical bandsaw from their website 1 week ago. Payment has been processed (over 10k), I keep calling different people from their company and I all I get is a run around no one seems to know where this saw might be. They have given me different tracking numbers and here we are.....I have called the shipper and they have no information either. I really need some help I have read some of the reviews and it seems like it is a legit company but I am kind of suspecting some type of fraud. Very dissapointed!!!!!!!!!

Needed a small part for my Wilton model 746 bench ...

Needed a small part for my Wilton model 746 bench vise. Brian, the vise guy, took excellent care of me. I could not find this small and inexpensive part ANYWHERE; it s discontinued. But Brian had it and shipped it to my door at no cost to me. He said it would be a few days before it arrived and it was there the next day. Very glad I found JPW!

Horribly untrained customer service representative...

Horribly untrained customer service representatives. Very expensive to order and have parts shipped. It's pretty bad that the parts dont hold up, but to charge over $25 for a on/off switch then $10 to ship it is ridiculous. Then over $41 for a lamp that fell off the machine. Be aware!

This 5 star review is ONLY based on customer service. I have not bought any products from this company, but customer service has been spot on and extremely helpful when I call about equipment issues. Matt is the best customer service guy, always goes the extra mile.
