Is a very relaxing Resort, the beach and pool will absolutely wash away your stress.

Had a Day Use in JPark and recommend it to everyone. Great place for kids. Lazy river is really nice. Good selection of lunch buffet. Helpful staff as well. Definitely will visit again.

I booked a pool villa but couldn't visit because the trip was suddenly canceled. The baby was sick and asked for a refund, but it was said that part of it was not possible due to the non-refundable purchase.
In principle, it is not wrong, but the reply to the e-mail is about 2-3 days late, making it impossible to transfer to another person. I called in a hurry because the accommodation schedule was approaching, but I couldn't connect, so I left a note asking for a call, but said that it couldn't be called an international call.

It is very poor service regarding customer service. Very late response, not able to reaching on the phone, no return call because it is an international call. 2-3 days delayed response made to avoid finding realistic solution mitigate lost and gone about 900 USD. The most disappointed point is this. They did not show any effort to listen and understand my situation. No flexibility even baby was sick and sent medical certificate. No merci no caring customers.
The worst hotel ever contact in 20 years!

It is a resort where you can relax in Korea without being pressured in Korean or English. Food is also Korean style ~ ~ Convenient to the shopping area in the center of Mactan.

I like the water park. But I feel like it's better than the surrounding facilities than it's great. There's a beach right there and there are a lot of fish .. The water is deep ..

Bad point
The water in the water smells. The ones washed with the water smell and can not be worn. You should bring a lot of clothes change. When I took a shower, I accidentally made the floor watery, but it just made the room smell like sewage.

There are times when Japanese staff are absent. It was late for the suitcase to reach the room, and I was at a loss when I dialed the staff of the Japanese staff.
Kids room did not feel much cleanliness, and children got sick at night when they used it. According to the story of the clinic, there are other children who are not feeling well.
The store is too small. There are supermarkets and souvenir shops near the hotel, but it is extremely unsafe and street children are also expensive. I was not able to shop very well.
There was a loan of snorkel set by the plan of JTB, but only Wakame can be seen. It was unclear what I wanted to see and was lending. It's hardly worth it.

There was a serious problem with the hotel service and management. The room was originally booked, but was told that the reservation was not available after arriving at the hotel. I delayed my communication with the hotel for a few hours, and finally told me to find the record again. I asked to check out and told me that I could not return. The first time I met such a junk hotel, the management was so confusing and impersonal.

When visiting Cebu for the first time, it's worth visiting because all the places are in one place

Really fun family day. A little pricey (even for internstional)but worth it when you include the buffet. Day pass Adult/children price for non residents (citizens) of the Philippines 4000/3000 and for residents 3000/2000. Lunch buffet was very good and service excellent. Lots of fun on the slides and the lazy river. Descent beach and many free activities. Friendly staff all around. I would go again as it was one of the better tourist experiences I have had in the Philippines.

The pools and hotel rooms are very nice and clean, the foods are outstanding and the people are beautiful.

So family friendly resort. Staff so friendly. My family had Deluxe Ocean view and its one of the best panoramic view Ive experience. The cost is all worth it.

I was worried about full board, but I was good at applying for breakfast only. There is a restaurant nearby and the delivery food is delicious too. The size is large, but the overall feeling is old ... The watercress is only the spoonful ... The babyguard was a two-piece bed, but only one per bedroom, so the child fell twice. I have a child and I chose it because of the water park.

I love the waterpark adventures here! The deluxe room didn't meet my expecatation, space is small for the price. I guess we're really paying more on the waterpark itself. But it's all worth it! Want to come back with my son here.

It's good to recover from Cebu. There's a lot to eat around and the expenses are thorough. Especially when traveling abroad with kids ~~

Comfortable and safe, more fun than anywhere else.

It is a pro-Korean resort. Most of our employees understand Korean so that they can communicate with most Koreans. Because there are many Koreans in the vicinity, it is very convenient for us to make reservations and move around, so that we can inquire with them. Room service is more delicious than expected. The staff is friendly. If you are considering being a Filipino, you can be satisfied. The beach is just enough to see the ocean.

Got a room on the 8th floor.
There is also a drying rack on the veranda, and it is good to talk while looking at the sea view.
There are two beds for one person, but it is large enough to accommodate two people in one bed. Bible (?), hair dryer is in the drawer and laundry is available for a fee.
Each outlet 220v 110v can be used with all 11 characters.
Toilets are medium-sized and come with bathtubs, washbasins, and toiletries.
When you open the closet at the entrance, you will find a shower gown, slippers and a safe.
There is a small beach and a water park outside, but snorkeling and kayaking are possible at the beach. In the water park, there are general pools and slides.
There are bars, hammocks, walkways, etc.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be settled in the hotel's in-house dining room. Of course, eating outside will mean more travel.
What impressed me the most is that, except for the staff, 80% Koreans, 10% Japanese, and the rest are visible. It's just a Korean water park. If you want to see Filipinos, you can go outside.

All facilities are in the resort. Especially, the water park is not as good as Korea's water park with water slide. Conveniently located in the center of Mactan and nearby. Free souvenir cake

It is a quiet and very attractive place at the end of the holiday.

Good value for money. Water park facilities that kids will love. Various restaurant breakfast menu. The beach is in poor condition (Narrow beach sand, deep water, strong waves, etc.)

The place was clean and lovely.. I was there last month and it was a nice.

Recently, price rise and disappearance of four-person adult room, merit decrease ... just in front of the beach a little ... just playing with the kids in the pool is not bad.

You can have one of greatest moment with ocean view room. The staff give you good service. The condition of waterpark is average.
