The rooms are larger than other Southeast hotels, but the rooms are old and the Garden Garden Ocean View is great for staying in rooms all day long.
But it's too expensive compared to other international hotels and late check-out. The 6 o'clock check-out costs 220,000 won, and from 11 pm, it costs 440,000 won.
I don't like the time to fly, so I have a child and I want to be comfortable, but I've paid more than one night .. I feel like it's really bad. I'm going to Vietnam rather than getting caught by the staff of the airport.

A typical South Korean resort in Southeast Asia. There will be some good points and bad points. The resort itself is a good resort for families.

The lunch buffet is delicious, there are many types, there are lots of sliders, flowing pools, the sea and lots of places to play, so you can play all day.

It's been more than 10 years since it was built, but the facilities are a bit out of date, but the staff are so friendly as if it's the best to bring it to me.

Here is Korea. Korean people. It's not foreign at all. I came to enjoy the last day of the trip, but the staff were unfriendly to the price I paid, and the service I had requested could be received again. At the same price, there are better resorts available. No return visit.

We stayed at other hotels, but used for day use as we wanted to use pool. The price is quite high! 4000 pesos per adult, 2000 pesos for children (5-12 years old). Towels and life jackets are free. Lunch buffet included. This buffet is amazing! Variety and delicious. Other free activities such as go-karting, mini golf (putter golf) and billiards are also included. The pool will be the largest in Cebu. Children were delighted with the three sliders and the flowing pool. It is an overwhelming hotel with many children, and it is a good hotel for families with children.

Good value for money. The snorkel site isn't perfect and it's just a water park. The room has to be over Mactan Garden.

Really good hotel. Families with children are good to come and play with. You can not cancel if you make a reservation 3 to 4 months in advance, but you can rent a room at half price. There are a lot of restaurants from the massage shop nearby,

Terrible Hotel. DO NOT STAY here. They took my money in January, cancelled my stay and still have not refunded me. Don't take the risk of this happening to you. They send me polite emails that are meaningless once every 2 months stating that they would love to refund me but they can't. Clearly, Covid 19 stops people from pressing the refund button.

Nice lobby but anything other than the pool that comes with the room costs big$$$$ sighting tour, any extra water activity s, spa, food extra, could go to the best in the states for these prices and be the same price and the bathroom has mold in the shower wall , maybe that extra won t cost me. The stay at boracay several years ago was better with a real beach not just 2 inches of sand covering cement and a fourth the cost. Never come back again it s here to take rich foreigners money which I am not rich,

It is the best place for children above elementary school age to play. 3 slides can be used free of charge and the waiting time is short because there are not many people. There is a youth pool and a main pool to play. The main pool has plenty of time from 7 am to 10 pm, so it's perfect for swimming. The resort has so many Koreans that you can feel like Daemyung Resort in Korea. There is a small beach attached to J-Park Resort, not a sandy beach, but a gravel beach. Bring your snorkeling gear and you'll get a snorkeling feel. If you have elementary school kids and you want to play in the water, I think J.Park Resort is the best.

We went to room service for breakfast once and went to eat it directly, but room service is small in amount of food! I think it 's nice to have room service on my tired day!
We rent a water park and snorkeling equipment for free and play snorkeling!
I can see a little bit of fish!

The Only 5-star Water Park Resort in the Country is indeed, wonderful. We had a lot of fun during our 2 days stay. And their amenities and food is superb.

JPark Island Resort is highly recommended for leisure and relaxation for all types of occasion.

Philippines Cebu J Park is the best if you go to play as a family unit. Especially, it is a paradise on earth for families with children.
It's even better because the sea is not far from the accommodation.

This is a very conducive place for children and adults, from the variety of food, accomodation and amenities, I'm sure everyone will enjoy in their stay

We booked an overnight stay here for a promo deal and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel resort offers a free shuttle from Cebu City to the resort and vice versa for a specific schedule. We had an ocean view room, which showcase a very awesome view. Had a buffet breakfast. We love the pool and all the activities the hotel offers. It was a totally fun filled experience.

It is good to play with family but lack of enjoyment ...

First I came to the Philippines and checked in on the second day. I went to the adults but I liked to play with the water. There are three kinds of slides. There are a lot of water parks and it was very good to play. It was hard to play at night. I would like to go back if I go to the Philippines. I can not take it ^^
I have been to a lot of family units, but it was good for both the family and the facilities of the couple and the room condition ~~

Jpark is very nice hotel and resort ,all staff are very friendly as a bb sitter I can't explain the nice view thier in Jpark ....my experience in jpark is always swimming together baby in the pool....and together play in kids cafe.....then together eating in restaurant inside jpark....

Kind and clean
It's old but well maintained.

Place is quite clean, but service needs alot of improvements. Gave us room with smell of fresh paint on it!? Had to wait for hours before change of room can be made, kids were tired on account we just flew in! Acted as if they didn't smell the paint!

It is a swimming pool suitable for children to play with and is very well managed. Cleanliness and convenience of guest room were all OK. Breakfast can be a bit of a wait for people to get in. In front of the Avalon Buffet, there is a guide on how many people get crowded.

The ants sometimes appeared in the room, but the facilities were good and the staff was friendly.

Not bad, annoying towel policy though. You gotta return the pool towels or you'll be charged PHP 900 for lost towels/towel cards. Many people bring the towels up to the rooms so why hassle them to bring it back down...

I've been to luxury hotels from Hilton Vienna Austria to Sheraton Zurich Switzerland. This hotel was faaaar from 'luxurious'. Go to Shangri-La instead. This is a water park with an~20ft slide. Nothing impressive. Buffet is also below average.

A popular resort hotel for families with a large pool.

There is a supermarket with a minimal assortment opposite the hotel and a good exchange room with a good rate.
The supermarket sold groceries, daily necessities, swimming goods, sandals, stationery, and just a few clothing items. People who want to leave with a small amount of luggage & who do not have a particular commitment are considered to be well procured locally.

The flowing pool is a water pressure attack that is impossible in Japan, but the children were delighted.
You can borrow a large towel and a huge float from the hotel. I think you can play at least if you have a swimsuit.

Korean food and fresh almonds were delicious at the breakfast buffet.
On the day I stayed, more than 80% of Koreans were staying physically. That's why I think the quality of Korean food was high.

The arrangement of the city taxi by the hotel was also smooth, and managed the taxi and the taxi (instruction to use the meter & car number reservation). Thanks to that, there was no trouble moving.
