I booked a pool villa but couldn't visit because the trip was suddenly canceled. The baby was sick and asked for a refund, but it was said that part of it was not possible due to the non-refundable purchase.
In principle, it is not wrong, but the reply to the e-mail is about 2-3 days late, making it impossible to transfer to another person. I called in a hurry because the accommodation schedule was approaching, but I couldn't connect, so I left a note asking for a call, but said that it couldn't be called an international call.
Plantation Bay schedule was earlier than J Park, but Plantation Bay responded quickly and gave refunds, so

She was greatly disappointed that she didn't consider the customer's situation at all once she sold it.

It is very poor service regarding customer service. Very late response, not able to reaching on the phone, no return call because it is an international call. 2-3 days delayed response made to avoid finding realistic solution mitigate lost and gone about 900 USD. The most disappointed point is this. They did not show any effort to listen and understand my situation. No flexibility even baby was sick and sent medical certificate. No merci no caring customers.
The worst hotel ever contact in 20 years!
