One of the more affordable and tasty caterers out there. I speak from a student perspective where we can get decent price for 20-30 pax and above. Very satisfied with their service and also very accommodating when changes need to be made. Highly recommended.
Ordered their Christmas specials- the Roast Beef and Roast Lamb. Delivery was punctual and the food still warm when it arrived in pretty boxes. the meat was wrapped in foil so I could keep warm in my oven till it was time to eat. The sides were really good too and it came with delicious gravy and mint sauce for the lamb. My guests all loved it!
My company often calls them up for catering services and they do not dissappoint each time they deliver. Food taste good without fail and everyone's loves it.
Ordered for Christmas eve dinner from Air Asia for the family. Delivery delayed from 5.30 and only arrived at 8pm. Everything was cold and for the price they charged quality was not there
This business really has a big room of improvement in their business management and operation. So far I have ordered 7 deliveries from here - and there were total of 3 hiccups. The first 2 was minor order mess up. But this recent one is really making me very frustrating. Ordered meal for reunion dinner which was supposed to be delivered between 530-630pm, but it s 715pm now and my delivery is nowhere to be seen. And I ordered thru WhatsApp, so I didn t get any order number or tracking or whatsoever. Texted and called to check but no reply as well. Prior to the ordering, the response has been really slow and lack of follow up. I have to keep asking for confirmation and delivery details. While I understand this is a peak period for the business, I think I have been very courteous to only follow up after every 24h. All I need is just an UPDATE! Even if my order is delayed at least I am informed. Rather than sitting in the Unknown now if I need to find plan B For my dinner or how! This is seriously very unprofessional and I am really not sure if I would want to revisit this business given the stress having to go thru whether if they will get my order right next time. 3 out of 7, it s almost a 50% hit rate that my order will encounter some form of mistakes.
Update: My order has finally arrived at 750pm. And after all the troubles - all they said is So sorry for the delay . I think they could really learn a lot of how a good customer service is like from other f&b businesses. Even the WhatsApp number that I texted, until today (2 days later), not a single response from them. What a joke seriously!
Food that was supposed to arrive at 6.40pm, arrived instead at 8pm. Food very cold. If cannot deliver on time, please call and inform instead of letting us wait. Unforgettable bad experience.
Very bad experience. More than 2 hours. Food not arrived. They advertised as CNY dish gifts, we did that. Ordered, pre paid and arranged 4pm delivery. We called them multiple times after 4pm after paid delivery time. NO answer. Highly suspicious. Our family was stressed and we disappointed our relatives. Dont order, unless you don't mjnd being disappointed, especially if its a gift
Bad Service and don't trust their photo at FB (reply to response below: explanation to cover up where advise should be given prior to event not post event and request to check out the venue before the event was never entertained. Btw, Joshua, you did an excellent job in embarrassing your 'Dearest' customer. Good luck to your future customers)
Great food, great service, able to cater to suit one's budget and requirements. Had experience with their service a few times within 4 years and it never disappoints.
