I recently hired a company to handle my needs, and I must say that Joseph C. Sansone Company exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and efficient in their service, and the results were outstanding. Highly recommended!

We had a horrible experience with Joseph C. Sansone (JCS). We ended up hiring another company (after getting out of our contract) when JCS refused to file an appeal. The second company I hired filed an appeal and reduced our valuation a ton more (the second reduction was higher then the original reduction from JCS). I found the Joseh C. Sansone only did the minimal amount of work and charged over twice as much as the second company we hired. JCS billed for both 2017 and 2018 where as the second company only bills for 2017. I'm frustrated that I'm having to pay JCS another $4100 for 2018. As I mentioned the second company reduced our valuation even more then the reduction by JCS and only charged us $3500.00 for both 2017 & 2018. I feel ripped off by JCS.
