Wind division driver for Jordan Good company very strict they don t play games. If you can t follow rules And follow log book to the T. Don t waste your time Good money flatbed or wind division Good benefits Flatbed 99% of the time your home on the week end for 34 hour restart Down fall ))trucks are small in side very little storage But flat bed home on week ends u don t need much Wind. Drivers are out months at a time we could use more space and storage 1st day of orientation you will take a Physical Agility Test. U have any Heath issues don t waste your time it more like Auditioning for the circus Stand one one leg for a period of time Wall foot in front of the other on 2x4 Example::: my friend has done flatbed for years But has a issue with one foot can not stand on one foot for 30sec. So they sent him home no job. Over all good company but lot rules
One of their drivers tried to run me off the road several times and decided it was a good idea to brandish his firearm at me when I was passing him to try and get distance from this clearly insane driver
Great company who, while still growing treats their drivers well. Great equipment and great staff. I have been there 2.5 years
Half of your dispatchers are a joke. Females that have never driven a truck for a living, trying to tell someone in the industry for years..how to do their job..is hilarious. New drivers, if they pair you with a woman named Holly, refuse her. Ask for ANYONE else. She will not pick up her phone. Gripes when you call her cell, even though she neglects her office phone for hours on end. She's out more than she's there. I need her schedule, because she is never working. I could use the break.
Im starting my career here. Its a great place to work the people are nice and know what they are talking about. If you want to do flatbed work its a great place to start or come to as a exercise driver. I talk to lots of drivers and they all love it here
