Decent wait for picking up an order that was called in. Lack of supply of material, not neccesarily on their end, part of order could not be filled.

I hate to do a review like that, but i had the worst customer service ever!
My deliver was supposed to be on Monday, but they had to postpond to Wednesday because of the snow. I was more than OK with that.
On Wednesday, the driver gost lost and went to the wrong address but no one never called me or anyone to say it. I didn't even know until my contractor call looking for the deliver. When I call them, the only answer I could get from Ken (the manager) was: There is nothing that I can do.
AND THIS WAS MY FISRT ORDER WITH THEM.

Great service. We have been ordering from them for years and they always come through with what we need.

I have been a customer for almost 40 years and the service is great.
Ryan Vercellone is the person I mainly deal with and Kamco is lucky to have Ryan. When Ryan is not available everyone in the office anyone else is just a good as Ryan. When I pick up materials at the Woburn location it's fast and the employees picking the orders are friendly and grateful for my business.
Looking forward to another great year with Kamco as my main supplier.

These guys are wonderful! I'm a truck driver and I delivered my load here. I was out of hours and so tired that I was afraid to drive, they let me stay at their other building. Thanks guys, you just don't know how grateful I am. ~Hobbit the trucker

This people don t care about customer, just because this time of the year is ver busy they don t care at all about customers services zero communication .find a better company to get your materials from .
