Recently worked with Jordahl Custom Homes on designing and buying my first home. The entire process from start to finish was well executed. From working with Jenna to find the perfect location and layout, to working with Ashley on design and finish goods was all done in a timely manner. Working with people who truly care about your experience is what makes working with Jordahl a treat! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new home to give them a chance to be the ones to build your next home for you! Thank you everyone!

Just got help cleaning snow in front of my driveway, packed snow that was hard to move. Got help from a Jordahl employee , he was very nice and cleared the snow for me. Thanks, I appreciate it.

We had Jordahl build our home in south moorhead. We had met with THREE other home builders and had a really hard time navigating through the process.

One builder had forgotten to add a major fee to our bid, etc, etc.... Stuff that didn't make us feel confident!

Jordahl made it incredibly easy and were completely professional throughout the entire experience - even after we had closed! We had some items to address in a warranty walk through (adjusting doors, cracks in sheet rock - stuff that just happens as the house settles, nothing to do with their craftsmanship) and they treated us the same as when we were still in the building process. I would highly recommend Jordahl if you are building!

My first time building a home and was a little nervous. Their team was extremely organized and covered everything in detail without being overwhelming. The staff had great communication throughout the whole process. They contacted me to keep me up to date, and followed up on everything I asked them about. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I'm in the house now and getting settled in. Everything is exactly how I expected it. Highly recommend using them for your next home.

Its simply amazing that during the last 2 snow events that this company fails to inform there contractors and there own employees from parking on streets especially when they are working in a area that has five rental properties that are empty I guess thinking out side the box and using those driveways is to complex. I do understand that they are building a house and want to finish with there work but it's time for Jordahl to help the city workers finish there job to.

Lived a rental they built for Meridian, house looked nice, lots of poor craftsmanship throughout the house. House was a year and a half old and had cracks all up the walls, ceilings and had a stair case that was starting to separate from the wall. They seem to build the homes to fast sacrificing quality for quantity.

I built a home with jordahl, and had a WONDERFUL experience. Everyone was professional and timely. Their customer service is unmatched, and I would 100% recommend their services.

We built with Jordahl and our process was pretty straightforward. We looked at some floorplans and visited some unfinished houses. After seeing a few, we selected the Franklin model because it was an affordable model with 3 bedrooms upstairs. There were almost no models that could compare in price and layout.

We we're fortunate because we didn't want to spend a lot upfront so Kim helped us tremendously. She used a little trick up her sleeve to keep us from paying way more earnest money out of pocket.

Once we got the lot and model going, we worked with Melanie to get designs going. She was fun and gave a lot of input, but was not pushy about anything. She was very relaxed about the whole thing and kept us on a good deadline.

Our house is still being built (1 more month), but I feel confident we will be happy with the end product. I will post pictures when everything is done.

The only negatives are that the basic items are hard to keep. You almost need to upgrade them. That's not the worst thing because they do it to keep prices low.

We just completed our second home with Jordahl Custom Homes. The sales and design team did an amazing job with our specific style, budget, and design dreams, and the construction team made those dreams a reality! We thank you all for the great work put into our home.

They have horrible customer service, and do very shoty work

We just finished our second Jordahl Custom Home and couldn't be happier with the results. The sales team was great to work with and our designer Melanie was phenomenal. They were very accommodating for all the changes and tweaks we wanted to make to our floor plan to meet our needs.

We have built two houses with Jordahl. Their customer service and willingness to work with us when there were any minor issues or concerns (that are to be expected when building) was fantastic. Concerns were always resolved promptly and to our level of satisfaction (or above). We have had two inspections (before purchase and at a year) for our current house as well as buyer and seller inspections on the first house we built/sold - both with good reports!

From start to finish, our build process was an excellent experience. We were greeted by name each time we walked in, had timely service and they worked hard to ensure our needs were met. Great staff and product!

Working with Jordahl to build our home was a great experience. Working with the sales team and design team was amazing and effortless as they both understood my vision and taste and were able to help me put it all together. We have been in our house for almost a year now and Jordahl is quick/responsive with any questions/concerns we have had since completion. Highly recommended company.

We closed in August and so far they have been wonderful to work with. They are very quick to respond and your issues fixed. We have only had to have a couple for minor things repaired and they always checkin after to ensure you are satisfied. Great customer service, and absolutely love the home. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Jordahl has started to become a household name in our family, as both of our kids and their spouses have also built multiple custom homes with them! We never had one doubt while entrusting our working relationship with Amanda in Sales, and Melanie in Design. Mel has been one of the biggest assets to our design and construction dreams. With the home building experience our family has, we had come to the table with expectations and desires -- Mel has always taken it one step further to create such a unique taste to keep all of our family homes separate in architecture and style! Not only have our styles been completely matched, the JCH team has been able to do all of this without exceeding our budget!

We bought our Jordahl home last November after the parade of homes and we love how things are put together. Now days, it's crazy how fast houses can be built and that had me questioning the quality of work in our house, but when we had our house inspection a year later, our inspector was impressed at the quality of work done and how Jordahl went above and beyond what is required in the state of North Dakota. Jordahl put in a passive mitigation system which is not required by North Dakota. They also ran a 30 amp wire out to our air conditioner just incase in the future I need a bigger wire it is already good to go. Little things like that sometimes go un-noticed and I feel like people need to look at the small things that Jordahl does for their buyers.

My wife and I worked with Jordahl Custom Homes recently to build a home for our growing family. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Kim with her fast responses and awesome customer service. Ashley was the designer as well during the planning process and she was amazing providing invaluable insight to build a home we love spending time in. Absolutely recommend!

Our designer, Ashley, was phenomenal and so patient with any changes we made. Gave them 4 stars because our window was broken at close and sink cut wrong on our counter...we closed a couple weeks ago and the issues have not been fixed yet. All in all, our house turned out beautiful and we are pleased with the outcome!

I am so happy we decided to build with Jordahl homes! The process was very straightforward and everything went smoothly. Our designer Molly was amazing to work with! She was so knowledgeable and nice. You can tell everyone on the Jordahl staff was very caring and wanted you to have the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend!

Hangs up on people. Too snobby to talk. Flat out rude and immature. Its ridiculous people like this exist. They take advantage of their clients and make up lies. This business is bad news

This was our first new home build and everyone we dealt with was just incredible! Mel was our designer and really made this process really easy for us to get through. The sub contractors were great and didn't hesitate to come out and deal with the few small issues we had. Anytime we had an issue they were quick to jump in and get it taken care of over the first year in our home. We have been in our home 2 years now and couldn't be happier! We will definitely be working with Jordahl on our next build!

Terrible company, terrible people. The owner scams families for a living.

When it came time to choose a builder, I decided to go with Jordahl, not only because of the variety of floorplans but recommendations from others who have built with them as well. My realtor and I met with Jenna and after I explained my unique needs, Jenna was able to present us with a few different options and ultimately helped us decide which would be best for us. Jenna did an amazing job explaining the process on how building from the ground up would look.
Then came the design process! Claire explained everything in great detail and made the design process so easy! We had a few meetings with a specific focus to help break up the process and helped me narrow down color and design choices to make each room have that WOW factor! With every upgrade, Claire presented me with the costs right away so I could make an informed decision about how it would impact my budget. Many people told me that building and designing was stressful but I found it to be the complete opposite! I couldn t wait to have my next design meeting with Claire! It was so fun to envision my house and being able to see it come together! Building was on schedule and my boys and I were able to move in right on schedule. The house was and is everything I imagined. I would highly recommend Jordahl to anyone looking for a builder!
