Horrible experience!! If I could give no starts I would!! Contacted Steven Shaffer at this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Told them if there were any issues with financing to let me know and I'd bring them a check. After hitting my credit 8 times and not calling me back, I finally get someone on the phone to who tells me the vehicle was sold!?! Avoid at all cost!

Driving in from the northeast, my 2010 Camry started to make an odd intermittent noise at highway speed. I brought it to Jones Toyota, where they looked it over and assured me that structurally everything checked out. When I asked if they needed my credit card, I was told, "no charge." What a pleasant surprise!

Great service. I was interested in work vans for my business. Never having been in the market for one before, Larry Jones Jr. gave me a lot of good advice on a broad range of vehicles and was extremely patient with my questions. Later he drove a Nissan NV out to me quite a distance so i could see have a firsthand experience with it. A pleasant experience all around

My car purchase at Jones Junction Toyota was the c...

My car purchase at Jones Junction Toyota was the complete opposite of traditional car-buying experiences that I've experienced in the past - in an amazing way. Instead of putting on mental armor to negotiate for every scrap of discount and being vigilant not to get fooled by up-selling on the back end of the deal, working with my salesperson, Elizabeth Rodriguez, and sales manager, Wallace Stuart, was a truly pleasant and refreshing experience.

Elizabeth worked with me through texts to discuss initial pricing and potential trade value. She was very pleasant, and it was so convenient to review details through text. We initially reached a point where the numbers didn't work for me, and even at that point Elizabeth was not pushy and remained very cordial. She relayed my situation accurately to management, and I was fortunate to speak directly with the General Sales Manager, Wallace.

Wallace also texted with me and made further negotiation painless and actually enjoyable. We were honest with each other, and we agreed on a deal over text that we confirmed with a phone call. I explained that I was familiar with the process and that I was not going to purchase paint protection, warranties, etc. on the back end of the deal. Wallace stood by the deal we made and said it stood on its own. True integrity and no pressure at all.

I showed up the next morning and my car was shined up and ready to roll. Elizabeth and Wallace both greeted me, and Elizabeth took great care of me through the entire purchase process. It was definitely the easiest and fastest car purchase I've ever experienced. The numbers were exactly what Wallace and I had agreed on. No hidden fees or last-minute add-ons to poison the deal. Nothing of the sort. It was EXACTLY what we agreed on.

This dealership is a Class Act and puts Integrity and their customers first. It's very hard to find this when buying a car. I'm still shocked and amazed at how smoothly the process went and am delighted at the pricing and service I received. I've already told my family and co-workers about it, and I'll go back to Jones first before I would work with my local dealerships again.

Thank you Elizabeth, Wallace and the rest of the Jones crew for such a positive experience!

If I could give them zero I would. Took my car in...

If I could give them zero I would. Took my car into the body shop after a front loader hit my car clearing snow in the neighborhood. Car took two days longer then quoted. Fine. I asked that they repair a recall I had on my Toyota as well as change the oil because I have the 'Jones for a lifetime' (a silly service we were talked into at time of the purchase of the car, was sold on the convenience factor...ha jokes on me.). Anyway of course they said I needed other repairs...again fine. I chose to let them do my brakes because I knew it needed to be done. I get a phone call saying my wiper fluid tank was broken...to which I tell them to send it back to the body shop because where I was originally hit, proximity of the location to the wiper tank...it must've been damaged in the accident. So, they send it back to the body shop, where I'm told that low and behold, 'those guys down at the service station must have a young technician working, my tech of 20+ years pulled it back apart and said there is no leak.' Fine, I go to pick it up the next day from work....

We walk around my car pick up day, everything looks great. Now I pick it up within the last couple minutes that the body shop is open, I notice as soon as I pull off onto Harford road, there is some sort of clunking sound happening. But being in a rush to pick up my kid before daycare closes, I wait until first thing the next morning to report the sound. They told me I could bring it in as soon as it was convenient and they'd check it out. Ugh, fine. Given my work schedule I'm not able to get in until two days later. I'm asked repeatedly if I have an appointment (no...was told I didn't need to make one...) we (my under five year old) wait 45 minutes until I'm told the technician needs me to come and drive around with him because he can't hear the sound I'm saying it's making....

So me, my small child and the technician go for a ride. Within the first minute, I'm able to go 'that! That was the sound.' To which he replies 'oh, I heard that as soon as I drove it. They told me you heard the sound from the FRONT of the vehicle.' Ughhhhhh. I'm leaving out some of the back and forth about the history of the fact they literally just did a rear brake job to save some time....so anyway, 2.5 hours later, I'm 'fixed'. I later cal and speak to their service manager 'Rob' who tells me at my convenience I could bring it back in and let them do some 13 point inspection with certified techs blah blah blah. I respectfully decline, unable to stomach anymore time over there. We had a bunch more polite back and forth, however the outcome is the same, my unsatisfactory service experience and Jones inability to make it satisfactory.

Oh yeah, at my next scheduled oil change, jiffy lube told me my windshield wiper fluid tank was cracked....thanks Jones. In the past between myself and family members, we've purchased 4 cars from them, my Subaru (which I took out of state for years and never used their service department) one Nissan (also not serviced there) and 2 Toyotas, but this incident will keep any of us from utilizing their services again.

Karen Williams is the best there is at her job! When I look for a new car, Karen and her team are part of the equation! I am a widow and I depend on her to keep my car running great! It has 256,000 miles and runs like brand new. She knows her stuff and goes WAY beyond the call of duty to be helpful and understanding! She explains things until this non-mechanically inclined woman" gets it". I trust her without any reservations to give me the proper car care, at the correct time, and as economically as possible! She is such an asset to Jones...I would follow her any where!!

This place used to be good over 10 years ago they got to big and started to decline. They always speed though Fallston Crossing. They have one car that goes into the development with out a tag and another one that speeds over 40 miles per hr behind the car. They almost hit my car when I backed out my driveway. They should really drive there cars on the street not though a private development where there are small children playing in the street. I voiced my concern several times and it has not stopped!!!

Terrible company. Employees are frequently treated terribly and forced to work overtime without compensation. Their hiring staff is made up of a hand full of predators who lore in vulnerable people who charge you for training so you take home less than minimum wage. Family of the owners frequently get jobs their and cause problems for regular employees. Vehicles are over priced and I see no value in the "jones for a lifetime".

Tried to buy a used car from their kia/used car dealer and got screwed. They ran my credit multiple times even though I had my own financing, thankfully I was able to dispute the inquiries.

Well it's been a year and 2 months since I purchased a vehicle from this dealerships used car lot. When signing the paperwork I signed a "We Owe" from the dealership for an owners manual for the 2010 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased and the salesman Steven Shaff said that he would make sure that he would get it and mail it to me since I live in NJ . After contacting the dealership once a week for several months. I never received anything. I contacted the used car manager several times, got the run around and somehow the "We Owe" paperwork was not in the packet so they say, and I was never given a copy. I was then told via email to purchase one on my own and submit a receipt. This dealership has terrible customer service after the sale, and they will never get a recommendation from me nor will I ever patronize them again, all for an $80 manual. It was not about the money, it's about taking care of the customer as they promised during the time of the sale.

Toyota experience:

Toyota experience:
Dishonest. Regularly tell me things "need" to be fixed based on the mileage of the car but claim they had someone look at it. Every time I go to 2 different 3rd party garages they inform me that Jones elaborated or completely fabricated the issues. Sometimes they are legitimate but several times they have completely lied.

Staff is usually friendly and polite and the place is always very clean. Jones for a Lifetime and Dr Jones are good programs. Until you realize the reason those services are free is because they rip you off whenever possible on regular maintenance items.

Subaru experience:
These folks are awesome. What a difference it makes driving half a mile down the road. Great customer service, clean facility, honest service. Within the Jones network, we will ONLY buy at Jones Subaru

It just dosent feel right. And the service person answering the phone dosent know what she is talking about. Buy from a new dealer if possible

Great team to work with! Meredith Davis was so accommodating and worked with us on setting up a time as well as getting us the specifics on the car we were interested in. We arrived to the car sitting out front of sales, already started (on a chilly morning) and waiting for us to look it over. Jim Hagy, our sales person, walked us around, talked about the pluses/minuses, and kept us very informed through the whole process. Iva Singh, the business manager assigned to help us, was thorough and gracious. The entire team was a pleasure to meet and we are looking forward to other purchases in the future. Would highly recommend them!

We bought our Toyota Sienna several years ago whic...

We bought our Toyota Sienna several years ago which included the "Jones for a Lifetime" . Apparently it's not always going to be the same Jones level of service.

My wife took the Sienna in to have one of the routine oil changes done. Apparently these days the service advisers are allowed to use this "free" service as an opportunity to sell you other things. That in itself might not be a bad thing if you needed it. But during the last oil change, she was handed a recommendation by her service adviser telling her that there was a serious oil leak. The cost was $4500 for the repair.

It seemed suspicious since there was no oil on the floor of our garage or anywhere else we park it. When I asked the adviser myself about the leak and why the repair, he described that there was a leak inside the engine. When I asked him where the oil was going, he said it was going back into the engine. Then I asked why that was considered a leak and he had no answer. So to get an answer, we took the Sienna to a trusted independent mechanic who checked thoroughly and found no oil issues whatsoever.

My wife is now very afraid to go back for another "free" oil change. The costs of oil changes do add up but paying seems better than being lied to. If they can lie to the tune of $4500, what else might happen to our Sienna while they have it in their shop?

I just bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and I couldn t be happier with the car, and the price. I am usually quite nervous when buying a new car. But, Paul Newman made my experience anxiety free. He explained things simply to me so there was no confusion or ambiguity. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next car. But it might not be for a long time as Toyota s last forever! Lol.

So impressed by the used car team over at Jones Junction!

I recently relocated to the area and was in need of a car. A friend, who had been a customer for many years referred me to Jones, specifically Jheury Moran. I set out on a Saturday morning and met Jheury at the used car dealership. His salesperson Moe Dua eagerly helped me find my new car. During my test drives and sales process, I encountered a handful of people both directly and indirectly and everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. I could tell they sincerely wanted to help me, very different from past experiences buying a car.

So thankful for Jheury and his team for making the car buying process enjoyable and pain/confusion-free. I'd highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for a used car!

I am very pleased with the customer service my wife and I were given when going to purchase a new vehicle. We had been searching for so long and whenever we visited any dealerships in our area to view a specific vehicle, of course it was sold when we arrived. Jones Junction was a little over an hour away from us, but it was definitely worth the drive. Jones has so many vehicles to choose from, their parking lot might as well get its own zip code, seriously. Along with the numerous options available, the staff exceeded our expectations by a mile. Josh Smith in the sales was awesome and very knowledgeable. He really wanted to make sure he put us in the best vehicle possible and he did so extremely well. Even after we brought the vehicle home, he checked backed in with us a week later to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. You don't get this level of service anywhere else. One of the best parts about Jones pricing is that what you see is what you pay. There are no hidden fees or certain rebates you have to qualify for, and this makes it so much easier to plan financially. We are extremely glad we found out about Jones dealership and we will definitely be making this our preferred dealership for our next vehicle purchase in the future. Thank you Jones Junction!

Nice People With Insane Marketing Ploys to Get You...

Nice People With Insane Marketing Ploys to Get You in the Door.

I am a PA resident, and I purchased a vehicle and was told to go home and get my vehicle inspected - at my own expense nonetheless, even though I asked it to be included in the purchase of my vehicle - to which I was turned down by every shop in PA because the DEALER needs to provide me with tags. Long story short they didn't believe me and it drug on for over a week.

The "Lifetime Warranty" is actually a $1000 upcharge they don't tell you about. I even asked about the warranty multiple times to different people and was told different things - and never once was I told it would be an extra charge.

Was also promised a Yeti Cooler, the current promo going on, and I somehow can't have one now because there is a special coupon you bring in, even though I hear the promo on the radio?

They will literally say anything and then find some crazy excuses to not give you the things they market. Just be aware that if you are going there because you saw and ad or heard an ad - you're going to be disappointed.

Jones Junction got me again! I needed a new positive terminal connector for my battery. Jones wanted over $40 for the connector. I commented to the young man at the parts counter "That seems high for that part." His response, "That is what they are going for." I had to have it, so I bought it. Once home, I did an internet search, and the MSRP is $29, and the discounters have it for about $21. These are people to avoid!

I will never use Jones again! Jones for life? Why did I get charged every time I took my FJ cruiser in for their "free" lifetime service? Always, well we had to charge you for tire rotation or some stupid shop charge. I complain and they claim charges will be reimbursed but I need to pay to "clear my vehicle" only to never have had the charges refunded. Free car wash Everytime? NO!, Once and even got my vehicle back twice dirty after it was clean to begin with (one time smelling horrible when it still had that new car smell when I dropped it off)

I moved past the horrible purchasing experience ov...

I moved past the horrible purchasing experience over 2 years ago; the 2 stars here are for the service techs. I've been having my Jones-purchased car serviced at Toyota Service since I bought it. I've also taken my partner's car into Toyota Service b/c I like the idea of using the same place and it's relatively convenient to schedule. His car was not purchased at Jones, I chose to take it there. I had a service done last Friday, which was quick (and which included an upsell service), but am back today with a dangling engine cover panel, which I heard vibrating as I drove home the same day as the service. Today they took me as a double booking and quickly got me back on the road, assuring me we will make it right . The first time I left today I was told the panel clips were broken and missing, likely that the tech forgot to attach them, but that he was able to get it all reattached and there was no damage to the panel. Everything looks good , the advisor said. Wow, this was great! Then, about 2 miles down the road, same noise I pulled over and looked under the car to see a shredded remnant of the panel, mostly gone, and partially fastened with ZIP TIES. Where were the replaced clips? What about when he told me there was no damage? I drove back, and again, they took it right in. After several minutes the advisor asked me to come to the back to look at the vehicle with the service manager (the business card reads Bryan Rakestraw). At this point, the car is on the lift, and a large part of the plastic cover is now (mysteriously) gone and the metal under-piece zip tied in place (but also very damaged, leaving the engine somewhat exposed now), as if I never saw it the first time or second time. They used zip ties to hold the still-damaged part on and I am supposed to be ok with that. It was then that the service manager suggested that maybe I hit something in the road, causing the panel to come loose...that I might not have realized it because I was *listening* to the radio and just missed it. He even pointed out a piece of a stick in a more posterior segment of the vehicle, as proof that something must've happened but perhaps I didn't notice something like, a LARGE TIRE PART OR TREE BRANCH (his words), in the road because I had the radio on. Then he offered to replace the plastic panel with a used part, referring to his dual role of "pleasing the customer...and protecting the business", with a price tag of $300-400. This feels very fraudulent - I was told the clips were replaced and there was no damage, it was a lie, and then I was accused of causing the problem and am expected to accept this ridiculous solution. Are zip ties the manufacturers recommended repair part? What if I had never looked?

Today I learned that zip ties are used to hold panels under your car, especially when they think you will never look under there, when you trust they re doing what they say they will do. And when you present a challenge, they blame you for it.

I just spent about $2200 at this same location for a new oil filter housing for my own car. I wonder if it s zip tied in also

Condescendingly communicating to women (now commonly referred to as mansplaining), especially how it was done today, in front of the entire service bay, is neither appreciated nor a good business model. I should have listened to my gut and my friends when I was warned to avoid Jones. It is behavior like this that drives customers away and motivates them to leave reviews. I will be in the new car market in a few months and I am looking forward to not coming back for service, or purchases, ever.

Update (next day): They couldn't find used parts, so we get new ones, yay! My service advisor was very kind and helpful today (as always); the service manager did not approach or speak to me at all (was it something I said?). While I appreciate the reply below, I am not interested in discussion and will not be reaching out to anyone at this point.
