I have rented with JMPM for about a year now. The unit was clean when I moved in, I've called for several maintenance issues and they have been handled fairly quickly, usually while I'm at work, which is convenient for me. The office staff, especially Truston, is very friend;y and knowledgeable.

Jonah Mitchell does NOT care about quality customer service at all! I found my townhouse thru his other business Lexington Residential & Apartment Referral Service, Inc. and it is such a hassle to pay rent because no one is ever in the office. When I called to complain about this he TRIED to make me feel like I was just trying to get out of paying rent when all I wanted was a RECEIPT for my rent payment for my own records! I questioned why is he advertising these office hours when no one is ever in the office. They should just make it appointment only. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease because I do not support business who are rude and do not care about their paying customers.

Worst people to rent from. Completely took $825 of my money. Proof didn t matter to them no matter what I showed them or told them. Be sure to do a thorough check and take pics. They will definitely take your money.

I wish it would give me the ability to give 0 stars. Jonah is a crook. We lived in a townhouse for 1 year. Being prior military I know how to clean, and keep things straight. After we moved we were informed that he had to spend 2000 dollars to to get back to where they like it. Charged us for paint (even though we did not hang a single thing on the walls) charged us for cleaning even though it was thoroughly cleaned before we moved. We had a dog in which we paid a deposit for and everything. Now she chewed on a corner of the stairs, i understood we had to pay for that but when i called him, he said it took over 1000 dollars to carpet the stairs....ALL 8 OF THEM. He is a crook, he is NOT fair to the cutomers. His places are sub par when you move in then charges you when you move out. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM EVER, HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

I just want to say thanks to this "wonderful" company for making an immediate judgement on myself and family before even giving us a chance. I spoke to him on the phone multiple times and he seemed very nice and caring and interested in helping us find a place. That is until we showed up. He took one look at my husband, who happens to have a few tattoos and a beard and immediately decided that he could "not help us." His words were, "the renter is very particular about who they are looking for and we just won't be able to do anything for you. You can take my card, but I just don't have time right now." Really?? So...forget the fact that my husband and I are both combat veterans, forget the fact that we are a hard working couple with 3 children, forget the fact that we are reliable people. Just a big fat no because a man has some tattoos. It is clear that this man is all about the appearance of people and really does not care 1 bit about who you are or where you come from if you don't fit his profile for the perfect tenant.

Jonah Mitchell (or someone in his party) broke off a water supply valve to the bathroom in my house while showing it without notifying my real estate agent. The subsequent flooding caused significant damage. Mr. Mitchell lacked the integrity to notify my agent, and when subsequently confronted denied any knowledge despite electronic access records showing him as the only individual entering the home. He is an individual that lacks honor and has no accountability for his actions, I would thoroughly caution anyone using him or allowing any of his employees to enter their property.
The recent sale of my house was done professionally, with courtesy, and expertise. I got an offer within a few days, and accepted at a price that was more than anticipated. Very happy with Jonah Mitchell real estate and Property Management!
